| In the era of intelligent and digital equipment,manual operation has been difficult to meet the needs of mass production,especially in the production test of large components,for example,static test of wind turbine blade,static test of large aircraft wing in aviation industry,static test of large bridge,the determination of the location information of the strain gauge and the matching and management of its related data are a long-standing problem that has plagued the relevant industries.In the test of equipment components,tens of thousands of strain measuring points are often needed to be installed on the equipment,so as to accurately obtain the strain information of the equipment.However,due to the large number of strain gauges and numerous lines,and the problem of location information matching has been unable to be effectively solved,the long-term dependence on foreign technology and manual error correction has seriously affected the production test,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Therefore,it is urgent to innovate the previous manual operation by a new technology to realize the autonomous control of the new technology.To sum up,this paper mainly conducts in-depth research on the data acquisition,matching and management of the position information of strain gauges in the static test of large aircrafts in the aviation industry,and develops a new system to solve the common pain points in the current aviation industry — acquisition,matching and management of strain gauge location information.Realization of measurement and control information recording,location information coding and positioning,automatic rearrangement algorithm,plug random selection,data intelligent sorting,data visualization management and other functions.Therefore,this paper designs a set of software system through the current mature software development technology and database management technology to dock the hardware equipment,so as to realize the management of strain gauge data information in the whole process only at the device end.Based on the operating system of Windows and the programming language of C#,the system is designed in Microsoft Visio Studio 2012 integrated development environment,the system use form application program of WinForm design,the operation is simple.The data are accessed through the OLEDB(Object Linking and Embedding,Database)interface technology,and SQL server2008 database is used as the information management platform of the data management system.The final realization of strain gauge information collection and management,including location information matching,data addition,deletion,correction,query and other operations.Finally,a series of functional reliability analysis,performance test,bug modification,and system security analysis are carried out on the system.A secure login against sql statement injection attack is designed,and the security settings are carried out from the client,server,and SQL server2008 database,so as to comprehensively ensure the safe and stable operation of the system,and effectively ensure the reliability of users and the security of data. |
