| Countries all over the world had treated energy transformation and carbon emission control as main challenges.Building energy consumption accounts for forty percent of total global energy consumption and have been keeping increasing with the process of urbanization and industrialization.Solar potovoltaic power generation technology had achieved large scale application and becoming the lowest electricity source.Therefore,Building Integrated Photovatic System(in short of “BIPV”),which combines solar power generation and building material into one unit,is of great significance to improve building energy consumption and reduce carbon emission,thus is may also be the only way to realize Net Zero Building.The current research main focus on the application of demonstration residential villas and commercial building facades,there is limited research on the design and application of BIPV System on Industrial and commercial plants.This article mainly focuses on the design principles and influencing factors of BIPV system,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different BIPV products in the market.Through the comprehensive system design research,equipment selection research and operation and maintenance program research of the Shaanxi KB company BIPV system project,the actual operating power generation data of the project was collected and sorted,and analyzed the income from the electricity fee,environmental protection and emission reduction.The paper research shows Shaanxi KB company BIPV Project mainly selected mono-crystalline silicon panel with profiled steel integrated component product,String Inverter,etc.To construct a system of 200 kwp installed capacity.The system adapts power generation for self-consumption first and extra to fit to grid and low voltage connection with grid.The system can produce 98,000 kwh of electricity from January to May 2021,which is 25% higher than design value.The total power generation in 25 years can be expected to be approximately 4.547 million kwh and can be expected to get initial investment back within seven years,which is equivalent to a reduction of 6,099 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.This project brings very high economic and environmental benefits on emission control and carbon deduction.The construction of this demonstration project provides a reference for the follow-up promotion and large-scale application of BIPV System for the factories. |
