Abstract/Summary:
The connection mode of the assembled monolithic SCOPE system is different from that of the cast-in-place joint. The seismic performance of the assembled monolithic SCOPE system joint may be affected by the connection mode of the joint and the degradation of the reinforced concrete material performance in service. In this paper, the pseudo dynamic tests are carried out on the joint specimens of two assembled monolithic SCOPE system.By using ABAQUS finite element software, the performance model of the joint is established, and the performance parameters such as joint damage and ductility coefficient are studied and the joint optimization analysis is completed.Based on the principle of seismic vulnerability analysis, the incremental dynamic analysis of the assembled integral frame structure SCOPE system of F block of Nanjing South Railway Station is carried out by using SAP2000 software. The seismic performance of the assembled integral frame structure SCOPE system with different service periods is analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Two joint scale models of the SCOPE system were designed and made for pseudo dynamic test,The results show that:In the early stage of loading, the mechanical properties of the two joints are similar, while in the later stage, the mechanical properties of the two joints are quite different, the failure position of the two test joints is different, the failure position of PCJ1 is the intersection of precast beam and post cast beam, and the failure position of PCJ2 is the grouting hole of upper column grouting sleeve It shows that the failure of the column has a great impact on the seismic performance of the joint.(2)The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the simulation model of the assembly integral SCOPE system node. The nonlinear spring model is used to simulate the bond performance between the new and old concrete, the bond performance between the grouting sleeve and the mortar in the cylinder, and the bond performance between the mortar in the cylinder and the reinforcement in the cylinder. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results, and it is found that the hysteretic curves of the two are similar, and the skeleton curves are basically coincident.(3)Considering the deterioration of reinforced concrete materials during the service period, the joint model of the SCOPE system is studied. The simulation results show that the seismic performance of the SCOPE system joint is basically unchanged in the first 10 years, and presents a downward trend after 10 years. The results show that the seismic performance degradation rate of cast-in-place joints is slow in the whole service period, and the overall seismic performance is better than the SCOPE system joints.(4)Three optimization schemes are put forward for the structural form of U-shaped reinforcement,The simulation results show that: in the first 10 years, the hysteretic curves of the unoptimized joints are basically the same as those of the three optimization schemes, but with the increase of service life, the performance degradation speed of the unoptimized joints is significantly faster than that of the three optimization joints, which indicates that the optimized joints slow down the performance degradation of the joints with the increase of service life Among them, the first scheme is the best.(5)The incremental dynamic analysis and seismic vulnerability analysis of the SCOPE system of the assembled integral frame structure are completed by using SAP2000 finite element software.Based on the incremental dynamic analysis results, the seismic vulnerability analysis is carried out for the structure. The results show that the development law of vulnerability curve in different service periods is basically the same. With the increase of service period, the overrun probability curve of different failure states gradually moves up,and the seismic performance of the structure decreases gradually The service life has a great influence on the over limit probability and the total failure probability.
