| With the world energy shortage and environmental pollution problem becoming more and more serious,the research and application of green energy technology has gradually become the focus of scholars around the world.In view of this,the concept of green building has also received increasing attention in the field of civil engineering.With the rapid development of photovoltaic technology,the collection and utilization of solar energy has been included in the evaluation category of green building system in many countries.As one of the main forms of solar energy acquisition,solar water heater plays an important role in green building photovoltaic technology because of its advantages of low cost,convenient installation and high energy conversion efficiency.In recent years,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the research and application of solar water heater in green building,but the research on wind-induced effect of solar water heater is still few.There are many economic losses caused by strong wind caused by solar water heaters every year around the world,so it can be seen that there are not small safety risks under the action of strong wind.Therefore,it is necessary to study the wind resistance design of solar water heater.In this context,the aerodynamic characteristics of solar water heater in different modes are studied by wind tunnel test and numerical simulation techniques in this paper.The influence of key parameters of solar water heater and geometric characteristics of building on the flow field structure around the water heater and the wind load characteristics of the water heater are discussed.Firstly,the aerodynamic characteristics of a single solar water heater are studied using wind tunnel test technology.According to the standard and the existing market information of solar water heater design and fabrication of 1:1 scale model.In the experiment,the aerodynamic characteristics of the solar water heater under different modes were discussed and analyzed by setting different turbulivity wind field,different porosity of the collector tubes and different tilt Angle.Based on the wind tunnel test data,it is found in this paper that there is a gradient change in the influence of wind field turbulivity on the wind pressure on the structure surface of solar water heater.In addition,this paper discusses and analyzes the reasons why the variation of the porosity of the collector tube affects the wind pressure on the surface of the solar water heater.And through the study of different tilt Angle of solar water heater,it is found that low tilt Angle solar water heater will show better wind resistance safety.In order to further study the wind-induced response of solar water heaters in real situations,numerical simulation is adopted in this paper to systematically study the single solar water heater and the solar water heater at the top of buildings.Among them,numerical simulation is mainly calculated by large eddy simulation,which can obtain space-time continuity information in the flow field,and its results can reflect the real flow field more accurately and completely.In the numerical simulation,the wind-induced effect of the solar water heater is discussed in detail by studying the flow field around the solar water heater and the wind pressure data on the structure surface under different inlet wind direction angles,inclination angles and porosity.this paper found that in 0 ° Angle of wind direction,solar water heater around the vortex separation occurs,the water heater near the central axis,the vortex is mainly focused on the front side before the vertical heating transistor,and on the edge of the water heater,vortex is mainly focused on the back the water tank.In addition,in order to study architecture at the top of the solar water heater,in this paper,the flat roof construction different placement and slope roof surface of the solar water heater solar water heater has carried on the numerical simulation research,in the flat to the location of the building roof are proposed and analyzed the effect of different slope roof on the solar energy water heater wind-induced situation.The position of solar energy on flat building roof is suggested,and the influence of different slope roof on wind-induced effect of solar water heater is analyzed.This paper has some reference significance for the safety design of solar water heater structure through the systematic study of the aerodynamic characteristics of solar water heater. |
