In the rapid changing of the city,we also have many problems such as the low construction standard and the aging of the equipment and facilities in many old residential buildings.The roof of the house is leaking,the heat insulation performance is poor,the residents are suffering from unspeakable life,and the desire to improve the living environment is very strong.At the same time,in order to improve the overall appearance of the roof and improve the overall environment of the old residential district,in recent years,many cities in our country have carried out the roof change slope,and the Huairou District of Beijing has also followed the step to make the roof flat-change slope with reference to or copying the domestic other urban roof change-and-slope method.However,due to the fact that the practice of other cities is not suitable for the local,there are many problems.In the case of the belt-user operation,the original roof structure and the parapet wall are removed,the environment pollution and the roof leakage are caused,the normal life of the residents is seriously affected,and the problems of inconvenient construction and inconvenient maintenance are also occurring.The purpose of this thesis is to optimize the existing roof-leveling method,so as to solve a series of problems existing in the existing practice.Through a large number of literature research,this paper summarizes the domestic urban roof flat slope practice,combined with the actual situation of the local old residence,analyzes the reasons why the existing practices are not suitable for the local,through the roof flat slope construction practice,structural system,the roof tile is compared and analyzed and the waterproof and thermal insulation materials are selected to optimize the existing methods,and a new method of changing roof flat to slope is put forward,that is,under the condition that the original parapet wall and roof thermal insulation are not destroyed,after a certain distance from the original parapet wall,the reinforced concrete horizontal beam is added,and the part between the original parapet wall and the new horizontal beam is used as the inner trench for centralized drainage.Through the actual case,the optimized practice and the existingmethod are compared and analyzed from the aspects of cost,schedule,quality maintenance,impact on residents and so on,and it is verified that this optimized method reduces a large amount of construction waste and noise.The influence on the residents is reduced,and the construction progress is accelerated,the transformation cost is reduced,and the maintenance is more convenient.In this paper,the strength and stability of the steel roof frame,purlin,pull bar,tie rod,steel beam and other components of the light steel structure system used in the optimized roof flat slope are checked and calculated,and the stability and safety of the steel structure are verified.In the end of this paper,through summarizing the experience of practical engineering transformation,the paper emphasizes some matters that should be paid special attention to in the design and construction of roof flat slope modification.In this paper,the optimized roof slope modification method provides some reference and reference for other cities to carry out roof flat slope transformation of old residential buildings.In order to meet the actual needs of the local,the practice can be further optimized in the light of the local conditions.
