Under the background of China’s rapid economic development,the increasing passenger traffic of airports has posed a huge problem to the hardware support facilities of China’s civil airports,and the limited Airport resource allocation of airports has gradually become one of the constraints to the development of civil aviation.Compared with the airport expansion with large capital investment and long construction period,the vast majority of civil airports in China choose to optimize the allocation of airport resources,so as to relieve the security pressure brought by the increasing passenger traffic year by year by seeking a better strategy of Airport resource allocation.Airport parking resource is one of the important field resources to ensure the operation of the airport.The level of airport operation efficiency is largely restricted by the rationality of the parking allocation scheme.A reasonable and efficient parking allocation scheme has a great positive role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airport.In order to make the utilization of airport parking resources more reasonable and efficient,this thesis systematically studied the problem of parking allocation,deeply analyzed the apron control procedures and aircraft ground operation characteristics,took Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport as an example,combined with the actual operation environment of Shuangliu Airport and relevant rules of parking allocation business.Two optimization models of parking allocation for different stage are proposed.Stand pre-allocated phase,according to the flight plan timetable for flight stand preallocated phase,this thesis establishes the plane reservation at utilization and allocation models of maximum compatibility of stand,but due to the weather,flow control or other force majeure factors in the operation of airport.Not all flights can take off or land on schedule,If such force majeure occurs,We need to readjust the flight stand allocation plan,it is necessary to carry out the real-time secondary allocation of stand for flights,which is the stage of stand reallocation.In order to fully ensure the operation and security of the airport,the impact of flight stand reallocation on the airport operation should be reduced as much as possible.Therefore,in the stage of stand reallocation,a stand reallocation model is established to minimize the number of flight reallocation.Finally,a Differential Evolution Algorithm(DE)was designed to solve the two kinds of stand allocation models,and then particle swarm optimization(PSO)was designed as the control Algorithm.The flight schedule of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is used as an example data for simulation verification,and the results of parking allocation schemes based on different algorithms are compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that whether differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the parking pre-allocation model or redistribution model,The results show that the differential evolution algorithm is effective and advantageous in solving the problem of parking allocation.
