With the increasing number of Closely Spaced Parallel Runways(CSPR),the operation efficiency of aircraft needs to be further improved in the approach process.A few decades ago, some experts in civil aviation had come up with Paired Approach(PA).Nowadays, foreign airports pay more and more attention to the application of this technology, but there exists little research in China. In order to improve the approach landing capacity and approach operation efficiency for CSPR,this paper optimized the longitudinal separation of PA process and put forward the idea of Paired Reference Fix(PRF),which provided a new direction to improve the success rate of aircraft pairing.First of all, introducing the turn protection theory of the construction of flight procedures, and analysis the influence factors of the aircraft wake separation. As for the protection areas of PA,the complete solution is given. For the sake of safety, the collision risk model and optimization algorithm are established. And the validity of the model was proved by calculating the hypothetical data. Then, the concept of optimization of PRF location was put forward.Taking the minimum time difference as the criterion,PRF was set and the approach speed is predicted by using the recurrent neural network. So the estimated time of arrival(ETA)can be solved. At the same time,in order to ensure the feasibility of PRF,a speed adjustment strategy was proposed in the approach process, and its calculation and simulation were carried out. Finally, the simulation results show that the solution result of the PA safety boundary is consistent with the actual flight situation, and the analysis result of the speed adjustment strategy also verifies the feasibility of the PRF,which can realize the objective of the optimization for PA separation. |
