| In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economy,the number of flights of large hub airports significantly increased,through the construction of a number of runways and second airports to ensure the growing civil aviation traffic.Closely Spaced Parallel Runways has gradually become the mainstream of airport construction due to its characteristics of less land occupation and construction cost economy.The Paired Approach mode is an efficient approach procedure for Closely Spaced Parallel Runways,which is similar to the Dependent Parallel Approach on instrument meteorological conditions.The approach sequencing problem of aircrafts in the close-range parallel runway approach mode is considered by using the calculated interval.Therefore,the main contents are as follows:First of all,the advantages of implementing Paired Approach mode are analyzed,and the research status of related problems at home and abroad is summarized.Based on the runway configuration,operation mode of Closely Spaced Parallel Runways,this paper introduces the operation status of typical Closely Spaced Parallel Runways airports at home and abroad.By introducing the concept of paired approach mode,the whole process of paired approach mode is introduced from the perspective of specific implementation requirements.Then,Considering the situation where the lead aircraft intrude the approach course of the rear aircraft by mistake,we build a model named paired approaches’ avoidance procedures to calculate collision-safe boundary of the paired approaches on this basis of the five steps determining the boundary,and set the parameters(eg,speed,distance,angle,et al.)according to the relative motion relationship between paired aircrafts,which could increase the capacity of Closely Spaced Parallel Runways.Thus,taking Shanghai Hongqiao Airport as a case study sample,we use the Monte Carlo algor ithm to simulate the avoidance program model and calculate the collision-safe boundary of different runway spacing under different combinations of intrusion angles and avoidance angles at different runway spacings.Through the analysis of the influence factors of the wake flow generated by the lead aircraft,the safe rear boundary of the paired aircfaft is calculated.This gives you a complete safe zone.Finally,the total time of the flight delay is made as the objective function.So we establish the approach aircraft sequencing model.The algorithm of first coming first serving is used to solve each flight’s delay time and the total time of delay.We compare the paired approach and existing operation mode-similar Segregated parallel operations mode.In the case of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport,the results show that the Closely Spaced Parallel Runways based on paired approach mode could largely reduce aircraft approach time compared to similar Segregated parallel operations mode.Finally,we give some relevant Suggestions on matching approach aircraft safety intervals and approach sequencing proposed targetedly to controllers and pilots. |
