Research On The Recreational Development Potential Of The Urban Section Of The Shihe River In Xinyang City

Based on the research on the development of river recreation,this paper investigates the urban section of the Shihe River in Xinyang City,focuses on the classification and comments on the recreational resources in this area,and evaluates the recreational development potential of the urban section of the Shihe River by using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.Combined with the development status and development potential value of the urban section of the Shihe River,the problems existing in the recreational development of the urban section of the Shihe River are analyzed,and a development strategy for the Shihe River is put forward in response to the above problems.Xinyang City is rich in recreational resources,including 7 natural tourism resources and 60 cultural tourism resources.However,the utilization rate of some recreational resources is relatively low,failing to achieve their original purpose of use.And the cultural brand building in this area is relatively weak,unable to highlight the local cultural characteristics of Xinyang.The fundamental reason is that there is no integrated utilization of river recreational resources,which leads to idleness and waste of existing recreational resources.The development potential of the recreational resources of the Laihe River is good,and it is suitable for deep excavation.The weight of each factor of the river recreational development potential is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,and each weight is obtained.Then,using fuzzy mathematical analysis method,it is concluded that the potential of the criterion layer of the river resources of the Shihe River is at a good level.Then it is concluded that there are six problems in the recreational development of the Shihe River: imperfect infrastructure;low degree of resource integration;poor operation and management;less attractive tourism products;poor environmental protection;insufficient capital investment.In response to these problems,this paper proposes a strategy for the development of recreation in the urban section of the Shihe River: to build a spatial structure of "one axis,two wings,eight points and six districts";to create a characteristic Xinyang cuisine theme block,Xiaonanmen snack style block,water sports experience area,night time Six characteristic areas including tourism experience area,tea culture experience area,and Lianghekou wetland recreation area;build a product-oriented development model;obtain resource transformation and utilization,develop characteristic products,optimize the management and environment of recreational areas in the urban section of the river.Five countermeasures including protection and security management and DCT financing model.
