With the continuous access of distributed generation to the distribution network,it brings the possibility of various faults to the reliable operation of the distribution network.How to achieve fast and accurate fault location,restore the power supply as soon as possible and ensure the reliability of power supply plays a very important role in the safety,stability and economic operation of the whole power system.On the one hand,in real life,most of the monitoring elements when collecting data are placed outdoors,which is in a bad environment and there are many uncertain and uncontrollable factors.The failure,packet loss and other uncontrollable factors in the monitoring and control center will often cause the failure and packet loss in the monitoring process.On the other hand,there are many intelligent optimization algorithms used in distribution network fault location in China,but according to the principle of location,most of them can be classified into two categories: fixed section and ranging.The fixed segment method obviously has better anti-interference ability and fault-tolerant characteristics.Therefore,even if the signal transmission of individual flight platoon is not complete,the demerit recording can still accurately locate the fault section.However,ranging methods such as matrix algorithm and overheated area search method with replacement positioning speed are slightly insufficient in anti-interference and fault tolerance.On the basis of previous studies,this thesis puts forward the research of distribution network fault section location method based on information distortion,and improves it on the basis of traditional genetic algorithm.The main work is as follows:Firstly,after completing the basic theoretical research on the characteristics and criteria of distribution network fault location,this thesis proposes a distribution network fault location method based on information correction.This method is based on the information distortion information of distribution network automation management system DMS,adopts the information distortion additional model for correction,improves the dimensionality reduction strategy of FTU fault location model,and provides the equivalent alternative idea of dimensionality reduction and preliminary simplified model,The improved method makes full use of the amount of information collected by FTU,does not need additional equipment,and has good adaptability to single and multiple distortion in the case of single and multiple faults of complex lines with multiple power supplies.It has been significantly improved in the speed,accuracy and reliability of fault location.Secondly,based on the idea of quasi annealing,this thesis improves the traditional genetic algorithm and adds the Boltzmann idea in quasi annealing to improve the genetic algorithm,so that the iterative search of the genetic algorithm has the ability of global control and can be adjusted adaptively with the change of fitness in the iterative process,which can enhance the global search ability of the genetic algorithm and avoid falling into local optimization;Finally,taking the improved IEEE 33 node distribution network as an example,the positioning strategy and method proposed in this thesis are verified.The results show that it can improve the anti-interference ability and fault-tolerant characteristics of the distribution network line under the distortion of FTU information,and can quickly cut the fault line,reduce the outage time and ensure the reliability of power supply.
