Abstract/Summary:
It is the national strategic policy that strongly developing technology of PV power generation,in order to solve contradiction between daily-increasing energy demand and requirements of environment for sustainable development.Silicon solar cell is the critical part of the whole PV system,which performance determines the efficiency of power generation for the whole system.The double-sided c-Si solar cell employs structure of dual junction or high-low junction,thus both sides of the solar cell may receive light and generate power and further strongly increase the electrical power output of unit area.It will greatly decrease the generating cost for per watt of c-Si solar cell,therefore,the double-sided solar cell is the research hotspot currently in PV field.The article develops the study on the design of PV power generation system of double-sided solar cell,to provide certain reference schemes for the application of technologies of double-sided solar cells.The following are main contents:1.Build the model of photoelectric conversion efficiency for double-sided c-Si solar cell and analyze the characteristics of power generation of double-sided c-Si solar cell,e.g.compare output characteristics of output efficiency,open-circuit voltage,short-circuit current between double-sided c-Si solar cell and single-sided cSi solar cell;then analyze the features of double-sided c-Si solar cell such as doublesided efficiency and spectral response,etc.2.According to the output characteristics of double-sided c-Si solar cell,design the output characteristics,mechanical structure and encapsulating process of double-sided c-Si solar cell module,then verify PV module with specific design.Relevant work contain: cutting and use of solar cell as well as series-parallel design,bypassing design,structural strength design,design of light-trapping structure and type approval of encapsulant for minimum cell unit;and measure output characteristics of temperature coefficient and NOCT of the module under different irradiance and shading areas;besides,simulate capacities of mechanical load through different installation method,to provide theoretical support for the design of power station.3.Based on the design result of double-sided c-Si solar cell module,formulate the design scheme of PV power generation system of double-sided c-Si solar cell,screen variable parameters of analogue simulation and analyze the relation between variable parameter and generating capacity of PV system.Variable parameters cover geographical conditions of project site,shading condition of surrounding,ground reflectance,fixing method of PV module arrays,angle of inclination,azimuthal angle,distance between the forward and backward arrays,installation height,installed capacity and inverter figuration of series-parallel amount of PV arrays,etc.4.Apply simulation software for PV system and perform loss for power generation together with income investment of the scheme;then carry out improvement plan.The research included in the article offers a relatively complete scheme for type approval of PV system with double-sided power generation,which is of active enlightenment and significance on the promotion and application of technologies for double-sided PV power generation.
