The wind power equipment manufacturing industry plays a very important part in the Wind Energy,with the characteristics of demand-pull and long production period.For the moment,The wind power equipment manufacturing industry is in its infancy of digital transformation,subjects in the supply chain develop in different degrees,and difficult to achieve information sharing,leading to increasing difficulty in management of supply chain,and increasing cost in the whole supply chain industry.Therefore,to get through information flow,product flow,capital flow,and improving transparency on supply chain information,will be of great significance in building integration supply chain system,reducing management difficulties and supply chain cost in the whole industry.wind turbine manufacture-based perspective,this article has summarized the current literature research results of wind power equipment manufacturing supply chain management and technology of block chain and Internet of Things through data studies,which provide the basis of application research of new supply chain platform for this article.This article studies the problems and issue-causes of the traditional supply chain management in wind power equipment manufacturing through case analysis method,to realize the design and application of the new supply chain management platform combing with block chain and Internet of Things technology,and compares analysis with traditional model to demonstrate the advantages and innovations of application research of the new platform.Researches have shown that information asymmetry is the fundamental problem of transmission distortion of capacity planning information.Technology of block chain could realize information attest on chain and build closed loop information between upstream and downstream of the supply chain.The lack of equipment information leads to the difficulty in holocyclic traceability information of the wind turbine,combing technology of block chain and Internet of Things,excluding human disturbance could achieve full chain traceability and penetrating supervision of products.Low credibility of transaction information and the lack of a perfect trust system lead to financing difficulties for upstream vendors.Purchasing information attest on chain,and investor node monitoring,credit endorsement by core enterprises,could solve the financing difficulties of vendors.Based on the above analysis and technical research,this article designs a new supply chain management platform solution for wind power equipment manufacturing by combining block chain and Internet of Things technology.
