| By March 2017,the total mileage of China’s expressways had reached 125373 kilometers,surpassing the United States in the world’s highest mileage.Overloaded vehicles are not only the number one killer of roads and bridges,but also the main culprits of road traffic accidents.In order to prevent the predatory use of road resources by overloaded vehicles and reduce the threat to road traffic safety caused by overloaded vehicles,most provinces and cities of our country have adopted a weight-by-weight charging mode for freight vehicle tolls in order to prevent the predatory use of highway resources by economic means.As the core system of highway weighing toll system,dynamic vehicle weighing system plays an irreplaceable role in cracking down on illegal overloading vehicles.In the trend of huge interests,there are still a lot of illegal truck drivers with fluke mentality Dora to run,and many large truck drivers will focus on the toll crossing dynamic vehicle weighing system.Through continuous practice,they summed up a series of abnormal passing behavior to affect the weighing accuracy,so as to achieve the purpose of evading tolls.By analyzing and comparing the main types of dynamic vehicle weighing system which are widely used in highway weighing toll in China,this paper determines the main research object of this paper-the dynamic vehicle weighing system of shaft assembly type,which is the main research object of this paper.At present,the problem of the adaptability of abnormal car-passing in this system is analyzed and combed.Aiming at this problem,this paper introduces the design idea of horizontal stress sensor,which is realized by hardware design and data modeling analysis.Finally,through the on-the-spot vehicle-passing experiment,the data are compared and analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn,which proves the design of the axle-assembly dynamic vehicle weighing based on the horizontal stress sensor.The system has a great improvement on the adaptability of abnormal car crossing. |
