In recent years,the society and economy of our country have developed rapidly due to the road transportation.However,the main problem of road transportation is vehicle overload.The vehicle overloading transportation causes serious damage to the lifespan of highway.Moreover,the overloaded vehicles have poor braking performance,which is more likely to cause vehicle accidents and seriously hurt people.Our country has always been actively managing the problem of overloading,but the traditional manual way is inefficient and costly,which badly influence the effective of governance.As a consequence,the improvement of efficiency,safety,accuracy,and low cost in managing vehicle overload is the most important task of highway transportation.In this paper,aiming at the problem of vehicle overload in highway transportation,we propose a road-oriented off-site intelligent vehicle overload governance system.The main contents of the work and innovation points are as follows:(1)We analyze the design requirements and key points of the off-site vehicle overload governance system,and design the hardware system,software system and cloud platform for it according to the actual requirements.(2)The dynamic weighing subsystem of the off-site vehicle overload governance system is investigated and designed.We not only design and implement the dynamic weighing acquisition controller according to the signal generation characteristics of the dynamic weighing sensor,but also design the wavelet threshold for preprocess the sampling signal.It can be concluded form the simulation results that the noise in the signal is filtered or effectively suppressed.(3)The problem of low accuracy of data matching in the off-site vehicle overload governance system is addressed.We propose a matching scheme based on multi-source data to improve the accuracy of data matching.(4)Aiming at the problem of data security communication in the off-site vehicle overload governance system,a high-performance block cipher algorithm based on the generalized Feistel structure is proposed(named GFARX),which improves the security of data transmission and the speed of encryption and decryption.Also,the data verification scheme and the Diffie-Hellman key exchange algorithm based on ECC(Elliptic Curves Cryptography)are designed.(5)Finally,we implement and demonstrate the aforementioned subsystems,including hardware systems,station-level management systems,the PC and mobile terminals of cloud platform,and etc.
