In the industrial development progress today,there are always large or small geometric tolerances for the workpiece to be produced.Geometric tolerance is an important factor that affects the quality of the parts.This design mainly aims at the automobile air conditioning electromagnetic clutch belt pulley,studies its parts quality inspection method.An automatic belt wheel quality inspection system is designed.Compared with the traditional manual inspection method,it improves the detection accuracy and automation,and improves the work efficiency.This paper introduces the working principle of the belt pulley detection system,including the control system circuit and displacement sensor data acquisition circuit and other hardware design and PC,PLC and other software design.Firstly,the performance indexes and the function requirements of the belt pulley detection system are analyzed,and the corresponding design scheme is proposed.And then,according to the system parameters,the types of instruments and devices are selected.Finally,the measuring mechanism and control system are designed to realize the real-time dynamic measurement of the rotation of the belt pulley.The hardware design mainly uses PLC as the control unit by controlling the stepper motor driver to drive the tested pulley,the non-contact distance and displacement sensor as the detection device,related parts of the pulley size detected signal acquisition displacement sensor,and the signal is sent to the host computer and PLC data processing.The design of PC software using Visual Microsoft program Basic software as the PC real-time monitoring and operation control software,to the user and display graphics,and text to digital form,and automatic data archiving of test data.The belt wheel detection system,detection of human omitted,thus eliminating the accidental error and reading error caused by personnel,automation and high intelligence,all operations are integrated into the PC software,the operation is more simple.The system accuracy can reach 1μm,meet the preliminary design requirements.
