Abstract/Summary:
At present,China’s renewable energy is developing rapidly.In 2020,renewable energy power generation reaches 2,214.8 billion k Wh,an increase of about 8.4% year-on-year.By the end of 2020,China’s installed renewable energy power generation capacity reached 934 million k Wh,an increase of about 17.5% year-on-year.In order to promote the development of renewable energy,ensure its electricity consumption,and at the same time alleviate the pressure on grid regulation,study the electricity market mechanism that promotes the development of renewable energy,promote the marketization of renewable energy,and make full use of the market as a hand to give play to the fundamental role in resource allocation and highlight the green nature of renewable energy in market transactions,which is of great significance for accelerating the development of renewable energy and achieving wider consumption.Firstly,the market mechanism related to renewable energy is introduced and analyzed,focusing on the relevant policies and development trends of China such as distributed trading,carbon emission trading,green certificate trading,etc.,lay the foundation for the following research to promote the design of relevant market mechanisms for the development of renewable energy.Secondly,the design of a multi-stage two-way auction distributed trading mechanism considering the market transaction environment is proposed.In order to verify the proposed transaction mechanism,a dynamic quotation strategy that considers the market transaction environment is proposed,and a dynamic target price based on the confidence function and the dynamic reserve price considering the deviation rate are proposed,which is conducive for the market entities to quote dynamically based on the market transaction price and transaction environment.The market margin processing stage after the clearing is analyzed and studied,and a model of bidding and selling the distributed power generation margin to distributed energy storage is proposed.The scenarios of supply exceeding demand and supply less than demand are set for example analysis.The results show that the profitability of distributed renewable energy power generation and power users under this mechanism has been improved,which is conducive to promoting the consumption of renewable energy power generation nearby..Thirdly,an improved power generation rights trading mechanism design that takes into account green certificates and carbon trading is proposed.In order to verify the proposed trading mechanism,a game model in which each power producer takes the maximization of their profits as the decision-making objective is proposed,and the clearing objective function is to maximize social benefits and positive external benefits of the environment.When all power producers cannot increase profits by changing their own bidding,the market reaches equilibrium.Four generation rights trading scenarios are set up for comparative analysis.The results show that the introduction of carbon trading and green certificate trading under this mechanism is conducive to the progress of generation rights trading and renewable energy power producer is easier to become the transferee of conventional energy power producer and gradually occupy the dominant position in the market due to its low cost and green environmental protection characteristics.Finally,the design of the allocation mechanism of ancillary service cost caused by the grid connection of renewable energy is proposed.This mechanism makes the renewable energy power generation bear the ancillary service cost caused by it,which has a reverse incentive effect on the development of renewable energy.In accordance with the principle of maintaining the peak-shaving cost with the unit electricity of the conventional power generators and keeping the system reliability unchanged,the allocation mechanisms of the peak-shaving and backup ancillary service costs of renewable energy power generation are proposed.On this basis,an internal allocation mechanism for the ancillary service costs of renewable energy power generation is proposed by introducing volatility indicators and forecast deviation rate indicators to improve the traditional Shapley value method.The results show that the improved Shapley value method proposed takes into account the power quality of each renewable energy power generator,and encourages each renewable energy power producer to strive to improve its own power generation characteristics in the future development from the perspective of economic benefits.The mechanism is conducive to enhancing the enthusiasm of conventional power generators to provide ancillary services and enhancing the system’s renewable energy consumption capacity.
