| Large-scale development of renewable energy and accelerating the construction of a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient new power system have become an important strategic measure for Chinese energy development and the transformation and upgrading of the power industry.In recent years,with the continuous growth of the installed capacity of renewable energy and the gradual expansion of the scale of trans-provincial and trans-regional transactions,the utilization level of renewable energy in China has been significantly improved,which has effectively alleviated the situation of environmental pollution and energy shortage.However,due to the inherent random and fluctuating property of renewable energy generation,the limited landing point of trans-provincial outward transmission channel and the crowding of external electricity to the power enterprises at the receiving end,the receiving province has a limited scale to accommodate external electricity.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the influence of external electricity on the power generation enterprises and grid enterprises of receiving province,and the impact of the inter-provincial transfer power transaction of external electricity on the transferring province,and put forward the corresponding trading strategies,so as to enhance the scale of external electricity consumption in the receiving province.The main work is as follows:(1)The impact of external electricity consumption in the receiving province’s on its power grid enterprises is analyzed.The load characteristics and energy output characteristics of the receiving province are analyzed by constructing multiple evaluation indicators,including the generation capacity,installed capacity,annual power consumption and annual maximum load.Based on this,considering the landing price level of external electricity,the output mode of energy source in the receiving province,the renewable energy consumption responsibility of the receiving province and the requirements of spinning reserve,the paper quantitatively analyzes the impact of external electricity on the power grid enterprises in the receiving province from four aspects,including the power purchase price of the receiving province,the difficulty of power grid peak shaving,the weight of renewable energy consumption responsibility and spinning reserve capacity,lays a foundation for promoting the receiving province power grid to accommodate external electricity.(2)The influence of external electricity on power generation enterprises in the receiving province is analyzed,and some trading strategies are put forward to improve the economic benefits of thermal power enterprises when they participate in the auxiliary service market in the province.On the basis of considering the scale of external electricity and the seasonal characteristics of hydropower output,a typical day in the dry season and a typical day in the wet season of the receiving province are selected as the research scenarios to quantitatively analyze the impact of external electricity on the receiving power generation enterprises.Based on this,the total peak regulation cost model and the cost model of peak regulation per kWh for thermal power units are constructed.Combined with the peak regulation compensation mode in China,the total cost,cost per kWh and peak regulation benefits of 300,000 kW and 600,000 kW thermal power units participating in peak regulation are calculated.(3)A compensation model for transferring province is constructed,which takes into account the generation cost of thermal power units,startup and shutdown costs,reserve costs and the risk cost of grid operation.Based on the definition of inter-provincial transfer power transaction,this paper defines the types of services provided to facilitate the transfer power transaction,analyzes the influence mechanism of the transfer power transaction to the transferring province,and establishes power grid operation risk cost model to measure the asset share of the province’s power grid enterprises.Then,a provincial compensation model of power transferring is constructed,which takes into account the generation cost,startup and shutdown cost,reserve cost and grid operation risk cost of thermal power units.The calculation example is used to analyze and calculate the compensation cost of power generation enterprise and power grid enterprisess in the transferring province,and analyze the operation risk of transferring province,so as to ensure the interests of transferring province as a transferring business participant and the safe and stable operation of the transferring power grid.This paper is under the top design of the action plan "carbon peak,carbon neutrality",starts from the actual demand of promoting the receiving province to accommodate external electricity,focuses on the influence of the receiving province accommodation of external electricity on its power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises,and the influence of the inter-provincial transfer power transaction of external electricity on the transferring province.The research results can provide an effective reference for the large-scale clean energy consumption by receiving province and the formulation of trading strategies for power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises in receiving province in China.
