As the urban development planning policy gradually shifts from outward-oriented expansion and construction to inward-oriented structural optimization,more and more old urban areas are facing the challenge of functional enhancement and style protection.The contemporary urban planning model dominated by car traffic has caused the original pattern of the city to be fragmented by a network of car roads.With the erosion of public space by parking spaces,historic streets and lanes gradually lose their original communication space functions.In addition,the standardization and simplification of urban space advocated by the City Appearance Reconstruction Movement has had a greater impact on the urban landscape.The “ firework ” within the city has gradually faded,and the research on the protection of historical features is urgent.This paper takes the historical crisis induced by urban renewal as an entry point,attempts to interpret the inherent relevance of urban street and lane renewal and historical protection,and builds a sound and scientific historical evaluation system on this basis.This article takes 15 typical streets and lanes in the southern area of the old city of Nanjing as the evaluation object,summarizes the most influential factors in different streets and lanes,determines the protection focus and changeable areas in the street space,and ensures the update and function of the streets and lanes.The organic combination of historical style protection.The full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This part first explains the realistic background of this research topic,and then systematically combs the theoretical research related to the historical features of streets and lanes at home and abroad in the past ten years,and tries to summarize from it more objectively.Comprehensive research methods,and finally a brief discussion of the research content,topic selection significance,research methods and thesis framework of this article,so that the full text structure and research ideas are more clear.The second chapter is related basic research,focusing on three parts: the related logic of urban renewal and historical landscape,the internal connection between visual perception mechanism and style formation,and the classification of historical style factors.First,by discussing the misunderstandings in contemporary urban renewal,the predicament faced by the historical landscape is brought out,and the inherent inevitability of the organic combination of urban renewal and style protection is discussed.Secondly,from the perspective of visual perception,it conducts in-depth research on the generation process of historical style perception and the process of perception quantification.Finally,from the perspective of style generation,classify the elements of style and style,and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent establishment of style evaluation system.The third chapter focuses on the construction of the historical style evaluation system.First,the historical style influencing factors are extracted based on the images of typical historical streets,and the style influencing factors are screened through research methods such as correlation research,correlation analysis,and principal component analysis.Extract,and finally assign the weight of each factor through the AHP expert scoring method,so as to construct the historical style evaluation system and model of the streets and lanes.The fourth chapter is mainly about the practicality test and empirical research of the historical style evaluation system.By comparing the expert scores of 15 typical streets and lanes in the south of the old city of Nanjing with the results of the public perception survey,the score comparison chart is drawn,and the deviation of the data is passed.The value judges the public recognition of the evaluation system,and finally clarifies the objectivity and effectiveness of the evaluation system.In addition,this chapter also combines the evaluation results of practical investigations and professional related theories to put forward feasibility suggestions for the renewal of historic streets and lanes,which provides a reference for future urban renewal.The fifth chapter is the summary chapter of the full text.Through summarizing the research results of the full text,it reflects on the deficiencies in the research and proposes a vision for the future development of theoretical research related to the preservation of historical features and the renewal of streets and lanes.
