| With the continuous improvement of China’s urbanization rate,urban problems such as land use efficiency,urban transportation system and open space quality are becoming increasingly serious,which makes the organic integration of urban construction and public transportation become very urgent.The integration of urban space and public transport is an important embodiment of the city’s continuous intensive development.The comprehensive development of station area guided by public transportation is the representative of land intensive and function compound development mode.Based on the project practice of Yingfa wisdom Innovation Park,the thesis explores the connection ideas of general urban rail transit station and surrounding property,and summarizes the basic principles and Strategies of connection design from the perspectives of entrances and exits and related ground facilities.The thesis is divided into two parts.The first part is the related drawings,visualization and diagrams of the project scheme design based on the fundamental research.The next part is the research report.The first chapter combs the problems related to the connection between urban rail transit stations and buildings from the macro and micro perspectives,and clarifies the main body and objectives of the research.The second and third chapters are the basic research part of the project.The second chapter first combs the related concepts such as the integration of station and city,then introduces the problems of urban planning,transportation station and the connection between the station and the surrounding building space from the macro level,and finally focuses on the three basic elements of the connection between the station and the building,from the outside to the inside,layer by layer.The third chapter from the micro level of the elements and the surrounding buildings to join the overall space combination,vertical section design method and so on,including the entrance and exit connection selection,entrance and exit external space design,wind Pavilion connection design and logo design,expounds the connection design strategy and construction principle.The fourth chapter,based on the previous research results,combs the design process of the project practice from the overall layout,transition space design,wind Pavilion connection design and logo design.The process of carding is also the process of summarizing and testing the previous research results.The fifth chapter summarizes the practical significance,main work and main viewpoints of this study,and expounds the shortcomings of this study and the prospect of future research.Based on the actual situation of the project,this paper focuses on the research and summary of the design strategies and principles of the construction of the combination of the related ancillary facilities of urban rail transit station and the surrounding building space,hoping to provide reference and basis for similar projects in the future.The thesis totally has 32 thousand words and 89 illustrations. |
