The process of China’s economic development is gradually deepening.In order to effectively ensure the pace of construction and development of modern cities,we need to minimize the number of small and medium-sized vehicles in modern cities,give priority to the establishment of modern urban public transport service mechanism based on urban rail transit,and solve the dilemma of traffic risks in the process of modern urban operation,It has become the common pursuit of many regions in the world.As an important means of transportation to connect the suburbs,the urban fast rail mainly solves the multi-point passenger traffic between the central urban area and the surrounding towns,and has the advantages of higher convenience,timeliness of connection,and integration of multi-point transfer and sharing.As one of the most important key technologies in urban fast rail,bogie is related to the safety and comfort of each vehicle in normal operation.At the same time,bogie usually plays a vital role in the operation of rail vehicles,which can not only bear the gravity of the body itself,but also the gravity of other auxiliary facilities,Therefore,the strength of bogie and the standardization of structural design will have an internal impact on the safety of vehicle operation.Therefore,it is very important to study the high strength of bogie frame.In this paper,the bogie frame of 160km/h City car developed by Puzhen company is taken as the model to carry out the simulation research on its strength performance,so as to ensure that the bogie structure can meet the specified safety standards.Based on the function of the finite element analysis software ANSYS,this paper constructs the finite element model of the bogie frame of the 160km/h municipal vehicle in the process of exploration.In accordance with the International Railway Union standard UIC515-4 "Railway Passenger Cars-Trailer Bogies-Bogies and Traveling Devices-Bogie Frame Structural Strength Test Methods",UIC615-4 "Passenger Cars and Vehicles Power Bogie Frame Structural Strength Tests" and EN 13749 " Railway Application-Specification Method for Bogie Frame Structure Requirements" as a test application standard,explores the effect of the railway under the condition of excessive load and operating excessive load and the working conditions under the relevant force when the force is combined and its effect Combining the individual force action of the bogie frame under the combined force,the overall frame strength is comprehensively evaluated for static strength and fatigue strength.The computer simulation results show that the main body and parts of this new type of bogie frame in this simulation test have been able to fully meet the requirements of static strength and fatigue strength performance required by the two standards of UIC and EN.Combined with the principle of modal analysis algorithm,the modal analysis of the moving trailer frame is carried out,and the 12-order natural vibration frequency of the motor and trailer frame and its corresponding vibration mode are obtained.The analysis results show that the frame has high lateral and vertical stiffness,no obvious weak parts,and meets the requirements of safe operation.The recults of the static and fatigue test conducted on moving trailer frame meet requirements in EN 13749/UIC 515/UIC 615.
