Under the background of economic globalization,how to use advanced production management technology to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency and ensure production quality has become the most urgent demand for the survival and development of manufacturing enterprises.As one of the key technologies of production management,advanced workshop scheduling technology is of great significance to the realization of high flexibility,high efficiency and high reliability of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the actual scheduling requirements of complex cable production workshop,an in-depth study on the scheduling problem of cable production workshop under uncertain environment has been made.The main research contents and results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Introduces the research background and significance of this thesis,expounds the domestic and foreign research status of flexible flow shop scheduling problem,analyzes and summarizes the research status,advantages and disadvantages of common production scheduling algorithms and multi-objective optimization algorithms,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research work of this thesis.(2)Takes the intelligent medium-voltage workshop as the object and analyzes the scheduling problem of cable production workshop.Firstly,summarizes the category,technological process,equipment layout,production mode and scheduling status of cable,which clears that the cable production workshop is a flexible flow shop with continuous and discrete processes.Then,proves the importance of on-time delivery rate and continuous production equipment load rate to cable production scheduling based on historical production data.After that,combs the manual scheduling method based on rules.Finally,details "Insulation-Shielding-Cabling-Sheathing" as research object.(3)Aiming at the static scheduling problem of cable production workshop,firstly,the continuous process is discretized and a multi-objective static scheduling model considering constraints is constructed with the optimization objectives of minimizing the number of delayed tasks and minimizing batch preparation time.Then,a multi-objective static scheduling algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is proposed,which adopts real matrix coding and active scheduling decoding.Finally,based on the optimal parameter combination selected by test,the performance of multi-objective static scheduling algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱ and manual scheduling method based on rules are compared and analyzed.(4)Aiming at the rescheduling problem of cable production workshop,firstly,puts forward rescheduling strategies respectively for three disturbance events: new order arrival,order deletion and delivery date change;Then,a multi-objective rescheduling model is constructed with the optimization objectives of minimizing the number of delayed tasks,minimizing batch preparation time and minimizing start time deviation of the procedure to be processed.After that,a multi-objective rescheduling algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱ is proposed which considers rescheduling strategies under different disturbance events.Finally,taking the20×4 practical example as an object,the performance of multi-objective rescheduling algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱ and manual scheduling method based on rules are compared and analyzed under different disturbance conditions.(5)Combined with the actual scheduling requirements and the proposed scheduling optimization method,a cable production workshop scheduling system is independently designed.The system can add,delete,modify,and check order information,and provide a reasonable scheduling plan for the production system.
