| At present,there is a new wave of technological innovation represented by the Internet of things,cloud computing,big data,mobile Internet,etc.How to quickly respond to the market and meet the diversified and personalized needs of customers has become the key to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the carrier of enterprise product output,the operation state of equipment largely determines the production efficiency and product quality.It is true that good equipment management,as an important part,has the inherent advantage of easy operation in improving the quality and efficiency of equipment application and reducing the manufacturing cost.However,at present,many enterprises’ cognitive concept of equipment is still at the level of "take it and use it",ignoring equipment management for a long time,resulting in many problems such as scattered and inefficient equipment management in maintenance,monitoring and data collection,increasing the operating costs,and even threatening the normal production activities.In this context,this paper first combs the related concepts and development process of equipment management,expounds the historical evolution of internet of things technology and its application practice in many fields of equipment management,and analyzes the advantages of the combination of Internet of things and equipment management.Then,aiming at the key problems faced by the current equipment management,the main reasons are analyzed,and the equipment maintenance system based on internet of things is built.And then,taking the equipment management of a manufacturing enterprise as the research object,this paper summarizes its improvement potential,embeds the Internet of things technology into the equipment management system in the way of software design,and empirically explores a set of fast and effective equipment maintenance management system.At last,based on that practice results,the comprehensive benefits are reflected from the information transparency,process optimization,task collaboration and other dimensions.As the author has rich practical experience in equipment management and maintenance,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of equipment application,this paper takes the real-time monitoring and management intervention of equipment operation as the main research content,so that the existing equipment management strategy of China’s manufacturing enterprises can be optimized by the integration of management and technology.The results show that:(1)the device management system based on Internet of things technology can achieve effective matching in the perception layer,network layer and application layer,and give full play to the advantages of the two.(2)Predictive maintenance takes tracking the target curve as a means to judge the cause of equipment failure in advance,which has a significant effect,and is convenient to identify the type of failure in a manufacturing enterprise,that is,wear and tear are caused by rotary motion.(3)In order to avoid the conflict between departments and ensure the effective operation of equipment management system,a manufacturing enterprise should adopt the operation and maintenance mode that the equipment department is responsible for hardware and software,while the IT department is responsible for data support.(4)Through the project benefit evaluation of a manufacturing enterprise,the equipment management system based on the Internet of things technology realizes the optimization of enterprise resources,especially in the aspects of production efficiency,production cost and manufacturing personnel allocation. |
