| Elevator is a plays an important role in high-rise building of vertical lift of transportation,the motor as the power source of vertical elevator,the elevator in the process of operation process,because of the uplink and downlink power range is larger,with huge energy saving potential.Traction machine in the process of running there are usually two kinds of works,the way generator and motor,the paper mainly work is to fully grasp the traditional elevator operation mode and on the basis of the combination of super capacitor.Super capacitor protection is the main purpose of the elevator with energy feedback electricity can be generated by the elevator recycling,and according to the elevator operation characteristics for the bidirectional DC-DC converter,as well as the energy storage type energy saving related parameters for the setting of the lift,as well as to the super capacitor energy storage system to discuss the problems of the super capacitor capacity requirements,so as to achieve the goal of energy storage and energy saving.In this paper,the structure of traditional elevator and run the end o-f the paper,the characteristics of cross straight and then from the tradit ional hand in elevator has been in the process of energy storage type elevator running the change of energy state,on the basis of the specific a-nalysis,according to former super capacitor capacity requirements and system level bidirectional rectifier power relationship got the super capacit or energy storage device in the capacity of the corresponding calculationmethod.And on this basis,puts forward a set of simple and effective e-nergy management solutions,energy storage device and the system energ y-y transfer between the dc bus need bidirectional converter,this paper t-o c-ompare the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of bidirectiona l dc converter topology,combined with the specific application in super capacitor energy storage device to draw a two-way type BUCK/BOOST c-onverter is more suitable for the application in this paper.In this paper,based on the DSP digital control system,combined with the two-way DC-DC converter set up based on super capacitor energy storage type elevator system simulation,the simulation waveform analysis,verifie-d the joined the super capacitor elevators reduce waste at the same time,the experimental results show that the energy converter in the elevator energy-saving system meet the supercapacitors constant voltage charging and super capacitor discharge when the inverter DC bus voltage constant t-hese two kinds of job requirements.Figure [53] table [5] reference [52]... |
