In recent years,in China,the cold chain transportation market mainly composed of agricultural products,fresh food,dairy products,medicine,etc.,and the logistics express business based on online shopping has shown an explosive growth,and it is expected that it will continue to maintain a high-speed growth trend for a long time in the future.These two types of transportation business have very high requirements for timeliness,and also require the implementation of door-to-door,high-frequency,safe and fast transportation services,which are difficult to meet the existing railway freight equipment.According to “China’s Medium and Long Term Railway Network Planning”,by 2020,passenger and freight cars will be transported separately,which will free up an effective capacity for carrying white goods with high added value and good timeliness,and provide favorable conditions for running fast freight cars in China.As one of the most critical components of fast freight car,the development of 160km/h fast freight car bogie is the prerequisite for realizing fast railway transportation,and it is of great significance and practical value.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of China’s railway freight transport and the requirements for rapid freight transport,the development of new fast freight car bogies is carried out.Firstly,the paper studies the characteristics of domestic and foreign fast freight cars,the development and application of fast freight car bogies,main technical parameters,structural characteristics,etc.Combined with the requirements of China’s railway transportation,the overall design scheme,main technical indexes and assessment standards of HZ160 E type fast freight car bogies are proposed,and the main structure,performance parameters and dimensions of the bogie are determined.The scheme of HZ160 E type fast freight car bogie is the first to adopt inner bolster suspension device in China,which simplifies the structure and effectively reduces the weight of bogie.A pull rod type self-steering radial device is set between the wheels of the bogie,which can greatly improve the curving performance and give consideration to the stability of linear high-speed operation,and solve the contradiction between the straight-line running stability and curve negotiation performance of traditional bogies.The complete elastic connection is adopted between the components of the bogie,which avoids the abrasion of the suspension device,ensures the stability of the bogie performance and improves the maintainability of the bogie.The frame and bolster are the key parts of the bogie,which play an important role in ensuring the reliable operation of the bogie.In this paper,the finite element analysis model of the frame and bolster is established by ANSYS software.According to BS EN 13749 standard,the static strength and fatigue strength of the frame and bolster are simulated and tested.The results show that the finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the test results,the designed frame and bolster structure is reasonable,and the strength meets the requirements of relevant standards.Through the research of this paper,the obtained technical achievements provide strong equipment support for China’s rapid railway transportation,and can promote the development of China’s railway rapid transportation.
