In recent years,trains have been increasing in speed and speed has become a major feature of rail transport development,but the increasing speed means that the impact of the vehicles on the track is increasing.If a way can be found to reduce the weight of high-speed trains themselves,then to a large extent can reduce the life of the line,energy consumption and braking system because of the high-speed trains to bring a huge burden,so the realization of lightweight is a very important direction of rail vehicles.As a new type of light material,carbon fibre composites have excellent characteristics such as light weight,high strength and high modulus of elasticity,and can withstand high temperature,high strength and corrosion,as well as good electrical and thermal conductivity.In this thesis,a carbon fibre bogie frame is the main object of study and the following work is carried out:(1)The carbon fibre frame was studied in terms of static strength test methods,test conditions,test loads,fatigue test loading frequency,number of cycles,non-destructive testing methods and test result evaluation methods,and the corresponding test methods were determined.(2)Finite element modelling and modal simulation of carbon fibre frames and low-alloy steel rolling stock frames were carried out for comparison with the tests.Through the modal comparison analysis,the modal frequencies,vibration patterns and displacement deformations of the carbon fibre frame were found to be similar to those of the low-alloy steel frame,and based on this,a basis was provided for the loading method,the setting of the fatigue test loading frequency and the evaluation of the test results during the static strength test of the carbon fibre frame.(3)Using SIMPACK software,a vehicle system model with a carbon fibre frame was developed to compare the dynamic performance of a rigid frame vehicle and a flexible frame vehicle in terms of stability,smoothness and safety,and to consider the difference in dynamic performance between an empty vehicle and a heavy vehicle.The results of the simulations show that the dynamic performance of the vehicle system calculated using the flexible frame is better than that calculated using the rigid frame,and the performance under heavy vehicle conditions is better than that of the empty vehicle,and the carbon fibre frame vehicle system has good curve passing performance under the given working conditions.(4)Carry out dynamic stress test research on carbon fibre frame lines,calculate and analyse the dynamic stress data collected in the carbon fibre frame line test,calculate the equivalent stress amplitude and compile the corresponding stress spectrum,draw a spectrum diagram to analyse the stress level of each part,and evaluate the fatigue strength of the carbon fibre frame in actual operation.
