Recently,social economy and the urban population have been developing rapidly.Meanwhile the principal contradiction has been transformed into the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the ever-growing needs of the people for a better life,which also reflects the transformation of the principal contradiction in the field of urban transportation.With the rise of urban population and income growth,possession quantity of cars in city increases rapidly.Hence,the existing transportation infrastructure already overburdened,urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.The existing transportation infrastructure cannot meet the needs of the people,so it’s necessary to build new transportation infrastructure or conduct reconstruction project.however,environmental pollution and aging of working population gradually become a serious problem that restrict the traditional bridge construction mode,so our country began to use prefabricated system in the process of bridge construction in cities.The precast technology of bridge superstructure had been widely used and developed,but the application of the precast bridge substructure is relatively limited,and it also lacks of systematic research and relevant code.The application of the grouting sleeve connection of prefabricated bridge pier is limited,because its seismic performance is not clear and lack of corresponding domestic construction experience.Based on practical project,single column pier specimens respectively and double column pier specimens with the grouting sleeve connection were designed to study on the performance under E1 and E2 seismic action,and construction technique of the prefabricated bridge pier by model test,which provide a reference for design and construction of prefabricated bridge pier.The main research works and corresponding conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The development course of prefabricated construction at home and abroad are summarized,and the prefabricated bridge connection type widely used and its application are introduced in detail.The relevant research of the seismic performance of grouting sleeve connection,concrete pier construction process with the grouting sleeve,the method on studying seismic performance,and the similarity theory of the model tests are summarized.2.The load of the bridge piers based on practical project under E1 and E2 seismic action was analyzed by finite element software,and the pier model test specimens were designed according to the principle of stress equivalence.3.The process of specimen fabrication and assembly is introduced,and the experience is summarized,which provides reference for construction design.4.Through the model test and the load-displacement curve,the seismic performance of pier specimens under the E1 and E2 seismic action was analyzed.5.Based on the Opensees finite element analysis software,the calculation model of cast-in-place pier was established to simulate the loading process of E1 and E2 seismic action.The simulation results were compared with the test results of precast pier,and the differences between the precast pier connected with grouting sleeve and cast-in-place pier were analyzed.
