Prefabricated bridge is the construction in which the main structure members are fabricated in the factory,then transported to the construction site and assembled through efficient connections.Nowadays,the assembly technology of superstructure has matured,in response to the state environmental protection and the sustainable development concept,the assembly technology of substructure has been widely adopted in the whole country,therefore,the seismic performance of precast concrete piers in the high intensity seismic region become the research focus and hot spot.For the prefabricated piers,ensuring the reliable connection between the prefabricated components is the key problem in seismic design.This dissertation studied the grouting sleeve connection performance and the seismic performance of the prefabricated bridge pier connected by the grouting sleeve through the pull-out test of the grouting sleeve,the pseudo-static test of the prefabricated bridge pier and the numerical simulation analysis.The main work and results are as follows:1.The development history of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad is summarized,the connection types and applications of prefabricated pier are introduced in detail,and the research of scholars at home and abroad on the connection performance of grouting sleeve and the seismic performance of assembled concrete pier using grouting sleeve is discussed.2.The control equation of bond-stress slip relationship between grouting sleeve and connecting steel bar is derived by theoretical derivation.The equivalent stress-strain analysis model of grouting sleeve connection can be obtained by solving the control equation3.The monotonic pull-out test scheme and test equipment of grouting sleeve are introduced.The bond-stress slip relationship of grouting sleeve considering the influence of transverse stress is obtained by using the test results and theoretical derivation.The pull-out test data of grouting sleeve are analyzed and compared with the results of theoretical calculation.On this basis,the equivalent calculation model of grouting sleeve is proposed.4.Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the numerical analysis model is established by using the grouting sleeve connection equivalent model derived before,and the whole process of quasi-static test loading of Precast Pier specimen is simulated.This dissertation introduces the manufacturing process and test scheme of two groups of precast piers connected by grouting sleeve,describes in detail the damage development and the final failure mode of each pier in the test process,and studies the hysteretic curve and pier curvature of the pier specimens.The numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the calculation model.
