As an important method of enterprise cargo transportation,railway transportation has the advantages of large capacity and low transportation cost.Especially for metallurgical enterprises,the proportion of internal railway transportation accounts for 70% to 80% of the total transportation of the whole enterprise.The shunting operation is an important part of railway transportation,and the shunting operation plan is a specific action plan for the shunting operation,and its work efficiency directly affects the production scale and economic benefits of the enterprise.With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the production scale of metallurgical enterprises is also expanding,and the preparation of shunting operation plans has become heavier and more complicated.The shunting operation plan relies heavily on human experience,and it cannot guarantee the quality and efficiency of the preparation of plans and the safety of operations.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of railway transportation,it is very necessary to make shunting operation plan intelligently by computer.The main research contents of this article are:(1)Because the traditional shunting operation plan is manually input or edited,the plan is not closely related to the vehicle and route during the editing process,and the quality and efficiency of the preparation are low.Therefore,the system improves the traditional shunting operation plan.On the basis of the centralized control interface,vehicles are divided into actual vehicles and planned vehicles,and they are displayed in the form of pictographs and characters.Under the switching of the two scenarios,the actual process of shunting is simulated by dragging the vehicles.The shunting operation plan is prepared according to the predetermined rules,and the plan content is displayed in the form of plan list.(2)In order to ensure the legality of the plan,it is necessary to combine the vehicle,route and shunting operation plan.In the process of dragging vehicles,it is necessary to complete the inspection of dragging rules and route search.Only when the dragging rules are met and the route search is successful,the corresponding shunting operation plan can be compiled.Because the metallurgical enterprise is large and the railway yard is complex,the current route search of enterprise railways adopts the traditional route search method,and it is difficult to make and check the route table.In the search route,the search results need to be selected and optimized,which consumes more resources and has low efficiency.For this reason,the system adopts the approach search method based on station type data structure.The search algorithm uses the A-star algorithm,and redesigns the search strategy according to the characteristics of enterprise railway transportation to realize route search.At the same time,the minimum binary heap is used to optimize the A-star algorithm to improve the efficiency of the algorithm.This thesis has completed the development of the simulation test platform for the graphical preparation system of the railway shunting operation plan of the metallurgical enterprises,through the analysis and research of the above key technologies.The main goal of the system is to realize the material transportation of molten iron/steel,steel slag and so on in metallurgical enterprises.In order to improve the functions of the vehicle operating system,some functions are added.The simulation results show that: the graphic compilation method of shunting operation plan has a simple compilation process.The system can reduce the occurrence of compilation errors,effectively improve the quality and efficiency of plan compilation,and make the transportation management more automatic and intelligent.
