Under the dual pressure of the country’s rapid urbanization and motorization process,the current limited urban road infrastructure is difficult to cope with the ground traffic load.The existing urban logistics distribution methods is the mainly road transportation,it increases the road load,exacerbates the deterioration of ground transportation conditions,the decline of urban ecological quality,and increases the risk of delays in distribution at the end of the logistics,resulting in low distribution efficiency.Rail transit lines cover a wide range and sufficient transportation resources,utilizing the residual value of rail transit network resources to give full play to the advantages of rail transportation and expand the value-added service functions of rail transit logistics,and combining with the design of TOD and integrated Station-City to participate in city logistics distribution.On the basis of domestic and foreign research,the development plan of Chengdu Metro,the development of Chengdu Metro TOD,the trend of logistics development status,the TOD function and its impact on the urban logistics,etc are firstly introduced in the thesis,the influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages,and needs of the logistics business are analyzed,and the basic plan of Chengdu Metro logistics business is proposed.Then,the logistics distribution network of Chengdu Metro under the background of TOD is designed.Focusing on the entire metro line network as the research object,the TOD stations are used as cargo transfer points,and the metro line network is used as the city’s logistics and transportation main network,to put forward the problem of subway cargo transportation selection-distribution.Considering the selection of distribution centers,the selection of TOD transfer points and the overall optimal plan of transportation routes,to establish the minimum objective function based on the average delivery time of goods,and design an improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,takeing Chengdu TOD layout and Chengdu Metro network as research objecst to further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model building and algorithm in the thesis.Model calculation results shows that utilizing the subway network to carry out urban logistics transportation under the background of Chengdu TOD can transport goods from the distribution center to the subway freight point in time,and it will not significantly affect the average delivery time of the goods in the case of an increase in the number of shipping points,it has good stability and timeliness.
