With the reform of the pharmaceutical industry in China and the rapid development of the pharmaceutical market,pharmaceutical logistics,as an important part of drug circulation,has entered a huge space for development and opportunities.More and more attention has been paid to it.Because the pharmaceutical products usually has the characteristics of light weight,high value,variety,the medical logistics have certain requirements on the surrounding temperature,humidity and other environmental conditions,and the response speed of delivery requirements are higher,which makes pharmaceutical logistics distribution has become a very important part of the medical logistics.In the actual logistics distribution process,many kinds of efficient transportation tools such as trains and planes have been to participated in the distribution of goods,breaking the previous single type of transport to participate in the distribution.Therefore,how to take advantage of the development of three-dimensional transportation and how to use different types of transport tools to arrange the route of delivery of medical items,which have become a hot topic for many scholars to reduce the transportation cost and ensure the time limitation.In order to solve this problem,this paper focuses on the optimization of the distribution path of third-party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises under the condition of three-dimensional transportation,and introduces the basic concept and characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics distribution and the operation mode of medical distribution.Secondly,it expounds the emergence of three-dimensional traffic,and it shows that the combination of different transportation modes can effectively improve the delivery efficiency of medical logistics.Thirdly,the basic principle and the parameters of the genetic algorithm are explained in detail,and the characteristics of the genetic algorithm and other intelligent algorithms are compared.Based on previous studies,a hybrid genetic algorithm is applied to build a mathematical model,which based on intuitive description for the optimization of medical logistics distribution path under three-dimensional traffic condition,and the objective function and the constraint conditions of the problem are clearly pointed out,and this paper explains how to use hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the the path optimization problem of different types of transportation tools to participate in distribution.The model has the advantages of simple,intuitive,easy to understand and easy to solve from the actual constraints.Finally,based on the empirical analysis,the MATLAB software is used to simulate the vehicle routing problem of third party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises,and the optimization scheme of distribution under different modes of transportation is obtained.It is verified that the optimization plan of distribution route combined with the three-dimensional traffic and the improved hybrid genetic algorithm can effectively reduce the distribution cost,and further enhance the competitiveness of the third party pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.
