With the global energy shortage and environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,countries around the world are actively looking for more energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions.Electric vehicles,driven by electricity,have the advantages of approximately zero emissions,high energy efficiency,and diversified power sources,which have received national strategic attention and support.However,the lack of existing charging facilities and unreasonable layout have seriously hindered the development of the electric vehicle industry.At the same time,because the construction of charging stations has the characteristics of large initial investment,long investment recovery period,multi-department cooperation and far-reaching influence,it is necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable planning of charging stations before the construction of charging stations.EV charging demand prediction is the core of charging station planning,and there are currently few studies on highway electric vehicle charging demand.Therefore,this paper focuses on the method of forecasting the charging demand of expressway electric vehicles,and constructs a two-stage location model for charging stations on expressways,which aims to provide a theoretical reference for the planning of expressway electric vehicle charging stations.The main contents of this article are as follows:Forecast the charging demand of electric vehicles on highways.The main factors affecting the charging demand of electric vehicles on expressways are analyzed from four aspects: the number of electric vehicles,travel characteristics,highway traffic flow status and user charging decisions.The Monte Carlo method and traffic flow simulation are used to simulate the travel process of electric vehicles on expressways and the distribution of remaining power of electric vehicles.Combining with users’ charging decision-making behaviors,the time distribution of electric vehicle charging demand in each service area of expressways was obtained.Construct a two-stage location model and design solution algorithm for electric vehicle charging stations.According to the different construction modes of charging stations,the construction of charging stations is divided into two stages.Stage 1construction mode is led by the government and establish a single-target location model with the least total charging queue time for users;Stage 2 construction mode is jointly constructed and operated by the government and enterprises and establish a multiobjective planning model with the highest revenue for charging stations and the least total charging queue time for users.Based on genetic algorithm,a two-stage model solving algorithm is designed.Based on genetic algorithm,designed a two-stage model solving algorithm.Case study.Taking the Chongqing-Rong Expressway as the research area,determine the relevant parameters and predict the charging demand of the two-stage expressway electric vehicles.Solving the model and obtain two-stage charging station layout plan.Finally,discuss the impact of different electric vehicle penetration rates and charging power of charging piles on the layout of expressway charging stations.
