With the new developing trend of whole region tourism and the rural revitalization strategy,the production,ecology and living space of the county and township areas have changed.It brings fresh tourism status,tourism patterns and tourism status to the county tourism,which has been the focus of the government.The government has put forward new requirements for tourism development planning,to promote the construction of roads connecting major traffic trunk lines to scenic spots,strengthen the construction of transportation facilities and transportation organization between cities and scenic spots,improve the accessibility and convenience of tourist destinations,which leads tourists to get in or out of the destinations rapidly from the long-distance.It is necessary to reorganize the existed tourism network and strengthen the construction of transportation network facilities,which is essential to improve the quality of county tourism services and improve the traffic conditions around the city and the attractions.This thesis analyzes the organization relationship of transportation network in the tour network.It quantitatively analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of regional attractions applying the spatial agglomeration degree,spatial concentration degree and spatial equilibrium degree.Besides,the thesis establishes the tourism resource attraction model to classify tourist attractions.It also concludes the temporal and spatial changes,the social and economic characteristics including ages and residences,and the properties including touring purposes of tourists.Thus,the thesis can reveal the main travel modes and activity travel chains of regional tourists,and summarizes the characteristics of regional self-driving travel activities.From the point-axis development theory,it analyzes the components of transportation network of the regional tourism,classifies the tourism nodes and tourism channels,and proposes the calculation model of the importance degree of the road sections to provide the basis for the generation of tourism networks.By summarizing the classification criteria,the idea of partitioning the tourism functional area has been put forward.While applying the dynamic clustering analysis method,the flow and direction characteristics of the main channel of tourism development in county are analyzed,which is the method of generating the main channel of tourism.Then,this thesis constructs a double-level regional tourism bus network structure with the central city as the core,and summarizes the three types of radial network layouts: radial form,tree form and network form.In order to adapt to the seasonal changes of tourism,the requirements for flexible tourism bus capacity allocation are proposed.After that,the three-level classification of the tourist traffic guidance identification system is carried out,while the identification layout method is proposed in turn.The node connectivity,the ideal scale proximity,the average shortest distance,and the network space reachability are introduced to characterize the topological structure of regional tourism traffic network.Summarizing the influencing factors of network design problem about tourism transportation,this thesis proposes the idea of designing two types of tourism transportation networks: “fast travel” and “roaming” for non-indigenous and indigenous tourists.Through artificial line selection and graph theory optimal tree method,three-level tourism highway network is picked out,which is an initial road network for tourism transportation.Thus,comparing this generated network with the current county roads,and using the bi-level programming model optimize the selection of the tourism highway network with the aim of the overall network optimization.The thesis constructs an evaluation index system that reflects the service level of regional tourism transportation network.The evaluation indicators are selected from three aspects: transportation supply,tourism demand and comprehensive benefits.Based on the generalized function method and the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,it is set up a comprehensive evaluation model for regional tourism transportation network.Thus,the grade of this network service level is determined.Finally,taking the tourism transportation planning in Gaoping as an example,the thesis analyses the preconditions for the development of tourism transportation in Gaoping from the aspects of location environment,policy planning conditions,characteristics of tourism resources,traffic infrastructure status and characteristics of tourist flow.The planning of tourism functional area was proposed and the passenger flow forecast is carried out.The tourism highway network is designed and the bi-level programming model is used to optimize the layout of the tourism highway network.
