| The development of the smart grid benefits from the fact that the power dispatch center obtains accurate operation information of the entire substation equipment.Therefore,it must be ensured that the remote control device can accurately and real-time upload the operation data of the substation before it is put into operation.Whether the operation information received by the dispatch center is consistent with the information sent from the actual station,this is called substation remote control checkpoint.The traditional manual peer-to-peer method is inefficient.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies an intelligent substation remote control configuration intelligent check device.Main tasks as follows:(1)Firstly,the hierarchical information model of intelligent substation equipment based on IEC61850 Communication Standard is studied,and the basic method of building substation equipment information model based on IEC61850 is analyzed and summarized,based on the general modeling method,THE HIERARCHICAL MODEL OF R & D Equipment is established to solve the compatibility between the new equipment and the substation equipment(2)Based on the analysis of the IEC61850 model(SCD file),the substation communication experiment model is established;the basic principles of the IEC61850 communication standard and the telecontrol communication standard IEC60870-5-104 are analyzed,and the IEC61850 and IEC60870-5-104 are established Mapping,realizing the mapping of services and data between the power dispatching center and the substation.(3)Further elaborated the data mapping relationship between the IEC60870-5-104 and IEC61850 protocols,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the mutual conversion between the two protocols,and also for the development of a protocol conversion module for IED(Intelligence electronics devices)intelligent electronic device simulation Lay the theoretical foundation.(4)In the laboratory,an experimental platform for three-layer information transmission of "measurement and control IED equipment-telecontrol communication system-dispatch center" was built,and the intelligent substation telecontrol configuration automatic verification device was connected to the experimental platform.The simulation results showed the information that the automatic verification device sent can be accurately received by the remote dispatch center.(5)The application of the intelligent substation remote control configuration automatic check device to the intelligent substation can complete the verification of the telecontrol configuration efficiently and without error.The experimental results verify the applicability of the intelligent substation remote control configuration automatic check device. |
