Research On Cost Control Of The Whole Process Of Project Construction Based On Contract Management

In the actual work of project management and cost control,the phenomenon of cost out of control emerges in endlessly.The reasons are that the contract planning is not good,the contract terms are not strict,the contract performance is not strict and so on.This paper will study the cost control based on the whole process of project construction contract management.This paper explores the ideas and methods of project cost control in the whole process of project construction with contract management as the core,facts as the basis and laws,regulations and norms as the criterion.Starting from the cost management of each stage of the project life cycle,especially the cost management of engineering design,engineering construction and engineering settlement stage,this paper finds out the existing problems through engineering examples,analyzes the causes of these problems,and then discusses the use of relevant laws and regulations and contract management to control the project cost.This paper puts forward a set of measures to realize the cost control in the whole process of project construction,such as contract planning,scientific bidding documents,strict contract terms and strict performance of the contract.
