In recent years,autonomous driving has been widely used in our daily life,from aviation to passenger cars.As the technology is still in the process of constant updating and iteration,there are still problems of users’ acceptance and lack of trust in the application process.How to improve users’ trust in autonomous driving has become one of the focuses of current research.At present,although some foreign researches have been carried out on the acceptance and trust of passengers of driverless buses,the research conclusions cannot directly represent the attitude of passengers in China.In addition,the unmanned vehicle human-computer interaction design aspects,most of the research in view of the driver interface can lead to a better user experience,in terms of passenger information interface is relatively lack,lack of passengers and unmanned vehicle information interaction between theory and method,make how to improve passenger confidence in the design of need to break through the problem.First of all,this study from the perspective of cognitive psychology and trust in automation,through the literature review,user interviews and offline questionnaires and so on the many kinds of qualitative and quantitative research methods,system integration of unmanned vehicles and buses basic information and driving condition,operating environment,such as information,analysis of passenger demand about the depth of vehicle information,At the same time,based on the dynamic scene information in the vehicle driving in the interface design and the application in the static state,the paper compares and analyzes the information content and layout of the interactive interface of the existing driverless vehicles,and deduces the cognitive model of information interaction between passengers and driverless buses and the basic information architecture of the interface.Then to unmanned bus passengers as the research object,to enhance the passenger buses for unmanned acceptance and trust,for the purpose of through to the passengers on the bus before get on the bus,a train of unmanned,and after analyzing the unmanned bus trust and acceptance,as well as the passengers on the degree of recognition function,safety and technology research,Based on the theory and method of human-computer interaction design,a series of prototype design of information interaction interface for driverless bus was proposed,and the detailed design was completed.The series design scheme includes: bus electronic stop board display interface,vehicle-mounted interface and mobile human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the design scheme of the driverless bus passenger trust experiment,based on the needs and cognition of passengers as the interface design basis,through the simulation of ride and watch the experiment,to obtain the experimental data and analysis.The experiment found that passengers’ trust in the driverless bus increased after viewing the vehicle information interface.At the same time,through the user evaluation and analysis of the interface design scheme,the optimization suggestions are summarized,and the interface scheme is designed and optimized.This study explores the cognitive mode of passengers on driverless bus information and the interactive interface design method to enhance users’ trust in driverless technology,which provides theoretical and methodical references for improving driverless vehicle ride experience and automation trust.
