With the application of vehicle-mounted technology,artificial intelligence and network technology in the field of transportation,automobile operation and control systems,interiors and human-machine interfaces are undergoing revolutionary development.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of public transport accidents has made the driving safety of such vehicles quite a concern.This article focuses on the design of bus driver man-machine interface.The driving safety and efficiency of bus drivers depend largely on the rationality and efficiency of the driver’s man-machine interface.Based on cognitive psychology,this paper analyzes the cognitive characteristics and cognitive needs of bus drivers,and proposes interface design principles based on bus drivers’ cognitive psychology.And through the analysis of the driver’s cognitive needs,the functional elements of the bus HMI were redesigned and planned.Finally,through design practice,the above research process and results were evaluated and verified.The main research contents are as follows:First,the current social hot issues on bus accidents,automobile HMI and cognitive psychology research status are summarized,and the feasibility of applying cognitive psychology to vehicle HMI is analyzed.Second,the core theories of cognitive psychology:perception,attention,memory and response are elaborated,and the application and related methods of cognitive psychology in design are organized and summarized.Third,the definition and device characteristics of the HMI of the bus cab are clarified.the interaction mode,interface functions and information levels of HMI of the bus cab are analyzed and introduced,and the teficiencies in the design of the HMI of the cab is summarized.Fourth,based on the theoretical research of cognitive psychology,the cognitive content and characteristics of bus drivers are analyzed,and the driver’s cognitive needs are summarized.Based on user interviews and questionnaire surveys,the main problems encountered by drivers in driving vehicles are analyzed,and the design goals are clarified based on this.Fifth,through the design practice,the problems and countermeasures of the above research are designed and practiced,and the feasibility of the research results is verified.This subject is based on the driver-centered HMI of the bus cab,and takes cognitive psychology as the theoretical basis,it focuses on the cognitive psychology of bus drivers under HMI,and realizes the subjective and objective,qualitative and quantitative unity of bus driving space and evaluation research.This has a good theoretical significance for broadening the intersection of cognitive psychology research,deepening the intersection of design discipline,cognitive discipline,and human factors engineering discipline.And it has a certain role and practical significance for the efficiency of human-vehicle interaction,improving the comfort of people working in the system,preventing system accidents,and creating a safe and comfortable driving experience. |
