Abstract/Summary:
The construction of railway informatization is one of the development directions of China’s high-speed railway,which is of great significance to China’s high-speed railway construction.Railway track checking is a key link to construct the high-level and high-safety railway tracks,and standardized digital management is the top priority of railway informatization construction.At present,the track checking data is managed as part of the railway work information system,for which there is no separate management system.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,lack of function,and poor integration of track checking data information management,it is very necessary to establish a management system for the railway track checking and adjusting scheme with complete business functions and cloud server.The current mainstream design patterns and frameworks of web applications have been fully investigated in this thesis.The track checking project and the characteristics of the data,and My SQL are selected as the optimal database platform.A single-page application development model based on a front-end and back-end separation architecture with cloud is determined.According to the business requirements of the track checking project,the design of the overall system architecture,database and system functions including the line,parameter,track measurement,adjusting scheme,system and other management modules are made.The calculation of unconventional line parameters is supplied.Special circumstances is considered such as the superelevation gradient of circular curve without transition curve,unconventional superelevation and widening gradient.By giving a general sleeper superelevation and widening calculation model,the coordinate calculation model of the left and right rails under special circumstances is revised.In addition,an adjustment center line is drawn up by human-computer interaction to optimize the simulated adjustment.Therefore,the problem that the simulated adjustment exceeds the maximum adjustable range of the sleeper is solved.And according to the minimum material specifications,the adjustment amount is planned in an integer,to ensure that the adjusting scheme can meet the requirements of the site operation.The management system of the railway track checking and adjusting scheme integrates project management,data management,data analysis and parameter calculation.The system realizes the functions of design documents and sleeper coordinate calculation,data verification,data management analysis and scheme optimization,etc.Finally,it is deployed to the cloud server and successfully went online.Be verified through examples,it is proved that the calculation method of the system is correct,reasonable and in line with reality.The data management and analysis functions are complete,and the operation interface is friendly.It follows that the system can manage the track checking data reasonably and effectively,and is able to assist and guide the track checking operation.
