| The railway station signal plan is the basis for the design,development,construction,operation and maintenance of the station interlocking system.At present,the design of the signal plan of the station is carried out manually by various design units,and Auto CAD software is used for drawing.Due to the different drawing habits of different engineering designers,the data format of the drawn drawings is not uniform,which makes the data unable to be used directly,which directly affects the efficiency of the station interlocking system design and development,so that the interlocking system and other related systems must be reworked Data,the degree of automation is low.Therefore,The quick extraction of useful professional information from the station signal layout will help to improve the automation of the design and development of the station interlocking control system.By studying the image morphology characteristics of signal equipment such as signals,turnouts,and track circuits contained in the station signal plan,the drawing standards and layout rules of various signal equipment are considered comprehensively.Also,combining Py Charm and Anaconda to establish the compilation environment required for software development,A portable and extensible station map recognition software is designed around the location recognition and attribute detection of signals,insulation sections,track circuits,warning signs and text characters,which laid the foundation for the research of automated testing of station interlocking systems.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The design of general framework of Station signal plan recognition system.Firstly,after analyzing the application requirements of station yard professional data,the structure framework of station signal plan recognition software is proposed.Then,by designing the functional modules of the software and the development process,so as to meet the scalability of system software and reduce the technical requirements of linkage coupling between interlocking subsystems.(2)The Sub-module design of the location and recognition function of various signal equipment in the station signal plan.According to the requirements of interlocking data for station professional data,with analyzing the layout and characteristics of various signal equipment in the station signal plan.the logical relationship between different signal equipment is considered.Through Integrating the design requirements of the general-speed railway signal plan and the high-speed railway signal plan,which would realize the identification and positioning of the turnouts,signals,insulation joints,track circuits,and police markings in the signal plan.(3)The sub-module design of the attribute discrimination function of various signal equipment in the station signal plan.According to the requirements of interlocking data for station signal plan professional data,the attribute information contained in various equipment is considered comprehensively,and the detection and judgment methods for each attribute in different situations are given.Also,attribute data fields should be defined.Finally,the detection principle and tool selection of the character text involved in the station signal plan are explained.(4)Development and realization of station signal plan recognition system.Combined with the Py QT5 tool to develop GUI applications,the manual interaction module is designed,and the results of various signal equipment image recognition and processing modules are displayed respectively.Also,the station data is provided to the interlocking control system and the three-dimensional station simulation system to realize the connection Realization of automatic generation of interlocking data and automatic generation of two-dimensional to three-dimensional station scenes.This thesis focuses on the application of image recognition technology to the recognition of station yard plans.By extracting the data information of the plan,the relevant station data is formed,which provides a basis for the standardization of heterogeneous station signal plan,so as to automatically test the interlocking control system Provide professional data support to further improve the automation degree of interlocking engineering design. |
