The replacement and reinforcement technology of high-rise reinforced concrete structures is one of the emerging disciplines at home and abroad.It is dedicated to the study of methods to make structures and members with different degrees of damage meet the requirements of load-bearing capacity and normal use functions.At present,although our country has introduced a variety of reinforcement methods in relevant codes,the replacement concrete reinforcement method is more suitable for the shear wall reinforcement of high-rise reinforced concrete shear wall residences,because it will not meet the requirement of not affecting the use area of the building.The concrete of the shear wall required by the design is replaced with the concrete that meets the design requirements,which can fundamentally solve the problem of serious insufficient concrete strength causing the axial compression ratio to exceed the limit,so that the performance of the reinforced shear wall can meet the original design requirements.To this end,this article takes a high-rise reinforced concrete shear wall residential replacement project in Xingtai as the background,and uses the finite element software to simulate and analyze the structure as a whole to determine the force state of the shear wall and its surrounding members at different locations.,With the "layered and batched,bottom-up" approach as the basic principle of the replacement concrete reinforcement method,a detailed layered and batched replacement plan has been determined.In addition,in the replacement construction process,three load conditions of vertical load combined with frequent earthquakes,fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes were considered,and the effects on axial force,axial compression ratio and inter-story displacement angle were considered.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Summarize and compare and analyze various concrete reinforcement methods.It is believed that in the high-rise reinforced concrete shear wall residential structure,it is necessary to repair the shear wall with severe insufficient concrete strength by replacing the concrete reinforcement method,and The reinforcement effect is remarkable.1)Aiming at the quality problem that the concrete strength of part of the shear wall structure of a shear wall structure in Xingtai cannot reach the design strength,a detailed layered and batch replacement reinforcement plan was determined,and the support unloading method during the entire construction process was explained.The concrete with quality problems should be removed,and the concrete with a higher strength level should be re-poured,and layer-by-layer monitoring is required during replacement to ensure the safety of the replacement and reinforcement process and the quality of the shear wall concrete after replacement in accordance with national standards.2)The analysis of the structure using software shows that in the process of replacement and reinforcement,each floor is divided into static loads and frequent earthquakes,combination of static loads and fortification earthquakes,static loads and rare earthquakes.Compared with the batch replacement,the force and deformation of the shear wall are greatly reduced.For floors with large bearing capacity,the existing batch replacement scheme has great safety hazards when combined with static loads and rare earthquakes.Therefore,this paper recommends replacing the floor shear walls in three or four batches.
