| Along with the universal development of the concept of green buildings and health and so on,more and more people in addition to the performance indicators for the early attention,also gradually begin to pay close attention to the construction in the process of actual operation performance,and continuously improve for operation in the process of building the comfort requirements and effects on human health.However,due to the imperfect regulations and low supervision,some green buildings do not match the expected indoor comfort and energy-saving effect.This problem has attracted the attention of many scholars and experts,as well as the attention of relevant departments.This paper takes the office buildings in Chengdu that have obtained the green building label as the main research object.Through field research,field testing,comparative analysis and data processing analysis,this paper selects case public buildings to conduct statistics and analysis on the applicable technology of green building in Chengdu.And selected case multiple building indoor environment testing and questionnaire investigation,and from the Angle of after evaluation,establish the green office of chengdu after building indoor environmental performance evaluation system,from the results of the evaluation of the building energy consumption,construction,and indoor environmental quality assessment after physical parameters selected case a building construction three aspects: test evaluation,and divided the grade.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,the development of green buildings in Chengdu and the technology usage of 19 public buildings with green building labeling are counted,and the practical technology of green public buildings in Chengdu is classified and compared,and three typical green public buildings are selected for further investigation and technical analysis.Secondly,the indoor environment of four green office buildings and three conventional office buildings in Chengdu was measured,including the thermal environment,light environment and indoor air quality.Then,questionnaires were sent to the users of 7 case buildings to investigate their satisfaction with indoor environmental quality,and then correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out for the relationship between satisfaction and various environmental parameters.Finally,according to the existing post-evaluation system and the research results of this paper,a set of post-evaluation system suitable for green office buildings in Chengdu is summarized,and a typical office building is selected for trial evaluation,and the building evaluation grade of this case is divided according to the building environment service quality and building energy consumption. |
