The main goal of green building is to deal with the problem of how to save energy,improve water use efficiency,improve application capacity,and ensure the common development of regional buildings and the natural environment.However,many problems will occur in various periods of construction,such as the lack of information,the large amount of tasks,and the poor cooperation between different fields,resulting in the inability of green buildings to fully exert their effects in actual use.The building information method is proposed to deal with the above problems,and then forms the Building Information Model.Such models raise all digital content throughout the development period of the building,mainly including geometric,spatial relationships,terrain content and other related situations.BIM can conduct a variety of research activities to improve efficiency and save on comprehensive costs.BIM connects all the data and content of different construction periods,so that good results of collaborative development can be obtained.The specific research contents and main results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the detailed definition and explanation of the definition and characteristics of green buildings are mainly explained,which mainly indicates the future direction of this industry.According to the new analysis results of various countries,the methods and standards of such building environmental assessment are studied,indicating the problems and deficiencies that occurred during the project implementation period.After that,it comprehensively describes the practical characteristics of the BIM method,deeply explores the advantages of this method in construction activities,handles important problems,and points out the value of this technology in evaluating the system.Taking the indoor and outdoor environmental performance of green building as the research object,the feasibility and rationality of applying BIM technology in the green building environmental performance evaluation system are discussed.Established green indicators for indoor and outdoor wind,sound and indoor light environment in green buildings.Parametric modeling was carried out using BIM technology.Through data conversion,3D models were tested in various simulationtools and summarized using BIM technology.The specific links and methods of evaluation.Finally,combined with the engineering case,according to the proposed evaluation process,the indoor and outdoor environmental performance of the project is analyzed and evaluated,and some results and suggestions for engineering application are obtained.
