In recent years,as a new type of green and energy-saving transportation tool,electric vehicle has become more and more popular.It can effectively alleviate the environmental pollution caused by automobile exhaust and save energy.With the development of electric vehicles,electric car cards have been gradually used in real life,but most of them are brushless DC motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor,which make the working environment of electric car cards strict,and the production cost is high.Switched reluctance motor can solve these two problems at the same time.Therefore,a switched reluctance motor suitable for electric car is designed in this paper.The trend of motor development is changing with each passing day.Both DC motors and asynchronous motors have fallen behind the times.The era leader permanent magnet synchronous motors have difficult problems to solve,so switched reluctance motors have come with a dazzling image.Because of its high operating performance,excellent speed regulation and simple structure,electric vehicles and switched reluctance motors are very matched.Although the cost of the new type of motor is low,it has its inherent disadvantages,so solving these shortcomings is a major difficulty at present.The focus of this subject is the electromagnetic design,simulation analysis and motor optimization.By analyzing the SRM speed control system,a linear and mathematical model of the motor is constructed.Then,combine the basic theory of motor design to understand the basic principle of motor design.Secondly,the electromagnetic design of 15000 W three-phase 24/16 pole switched reluctance motor is carried out according to the requirements of the electric car.The initial values of the motor structure parameters are obtained through theoretical calculation.Then the motor performance is optimized according to the driving requirements of the electric car.Then,use the Ansoft simulation software to simulate and analyze the performance parameters of the motor through the finite element method to ensure the optimal performance of the motor.Then the applicability of the motor and the feasibility of the design are illustrated by the simulation analysis of the motor performance.
