| As a transitional interface between terrestrial ecosystem and aquatic ecosystem,the wetland is a natural ecological space with great protection value.Our country’s wetland resources are facing serious threats caused by rapid social development and large-scale urban construction,which has caused a sharp decline in our country’s wetland resources,and it is urgent to strengthen the protection of wetland resources.At the same time,the rapid urbanization has caused changes in the types of urban underlying surfaces and increased the impervious pavement area,resulting in the destruction of the original natural water cycle,which results in more serious rainwater and flood disasters that need to be resolved urgently.Based on the macro background that our country’s wetland resources are being seriously threatened and urgently need to be protected,this article focuses on a series of rainwater and flood problems caused by urban construction,and uses this as a guide to explore how the riverside wetland park can cope with rainwater and flood disasters caused by heavy rainfall in the construction planning phase.Aiming at ensuring the regional safety from the rain flood,protecting the existing river wetland and enhance the landscape of the riverside area,the research takes the river wetland park along the Tuojiang River in Chengdu as the practical object to study the technical means of landscape architecture from the perspective of rainwater and flood management.This paper firstly analyzes the concepts of river floods,rainwaterand flood management,river wetlands,wetland park,etc.,to clarify the research subject.Then,taking river flood risk managemen and urban stormwater management as the starting points,it refers to relevant domestic and foreign researches,summarizes the development process of wetland park in various countries and main theoretical research contents,explores the coupling between storm flood management and wetland park construction method,and clarifies the practical planning direction that takes into account both watershed control and wetland park construction.At the same time,through the analysis of representative practices of rainwater and flood management and riverside wetlands at home and abroad,the main points of its design and reference contents are summarized,and combined with theoretical research and practical case analysis,the riverfront wetland park construction planning method from the perspective of rainwater and flood management is discussed in detail to form a systematic theory of wetland park with rainwater and flood management as its main function planning methods.The planning methods and theories derived from the research are applied to the design practice of Chengdu Tuojiang Riverside Wetland Park,and presenting the design concepts of ensuring rainwater safety,restoring wetland ecology,and enhancing waterfront landscape,then finally formed the overall planning of Chengdu Yijiazhongba Riverside Wetland Park from the perspective of rainwater and flood management,and the specific planning for water systems,roads,plants,etc.,and use software to simulate the effectiveness of rainwater and flood management before and after the planning.This research aims to explore the construction methods of riverside wetland parks that can effectively cope with the rain and flood disasters caused by river floods and heavy rainfall.It strives to alleviate the problems of rain and flood disasters through the construction of wetland parks,protect existing wetland resources,and effectively implement the urban development plan of Chengdu in the new era,supporting Chengdu to become a beautiful and livable park city led by ecological civilization. |
