| With the increasing speed of urban construction and population,the frequent flood disasters in China have caused the destruction of the ecological environment,which has also aroused the importance of the construction of flood control system in China,especially to strengthen the construction of flood storage areas.In addition,the phenomenon of a large number of shrinkage and decline in wetlands deserves our attention.From the research aspects of wetland landscapes,the starting point is mostly around wetland flood control,wetlandization of flood storage areas,protection of biodiversity and how to effectively play the function of urban wetland parks.It can be seen that the planning and design of urban wetland park,which also has the function of flood storage area,is extremely important.This paper uses the literature induction method to comb through the background,significance,content and methods such as flood storage area and wetland park construction,and makes effective use of the existing research theory system and achievements at home and abroad,and makes clear the research framework,method and feasibility analysis.Then the relevant concepts and theories of flood control,flood storage area and urban wetland park are explained,and the correlation between flood storage area and urban wetland park and the construction characteristics of urban wetland park with the function of flood storage area are summarized.Though water conservancy engineering,hydrology,ecology and other disciplines to guide the construction of urban wetland park,and then put forward the principles,objectives and strategies of planning and design.Then the case study method is used to analyze the excellent cases and summarize the experience,and put the theory of flood control system,water conservancy project,flood storage area and urban wetland park construction into the design practice.The study takes South Garden Wetland Park in Fengtai District of Beijing as a design practice,explores the design ideas of the flood storage area of the large bubble,and combines the water engineering buildings to construct a complete water system in the area,enhance the ability of the site to flood control and drainage,highlight the use of both rain and flood control and water purification in the flood storage area,and provide theoretical basis for the diversification of the planning and design of the urban wetland park with both the flood storage area.By exploring the relevant properties such as starting water level and designing flood level in the flood storage area,it is clear that the flooded area formed under the flood level during the different recurrence periods in the site is the range of the drop zone,and the flood control level is delineated.According to the characteristics of water level change,the specific construction of elastic water surface,adaptive landscape and barge type in the fall zone is carried out.On the basis of meeting the above planning flood storage and flood control standards,establish a perfect water system purification,water conservancy engineering system to control flood control and dispatch,and plan the site layout and zoning reasonably according to the scope of the drop zone,and establish adaptive plant communities,build a complete and safe recreation system,etc.,and strive to play the role of landscape,ecological and water conservancy effects in both flood storage areas and urban wetland parks.The aim is to build the urban wetland park camp into an integrated urban green infrastructure that integrates elastic flood storage,site drainage,purification of water quality,ecological protection,water storage,water storage and recreation. |
