Research On The Integration Path Of Industry And City In Industrial Park

At present,China’s economic construction has set a new focus,constantly pursuing development quality.To improve the quality and efficiency of industrial development and realize high-quality industrial development is the key to accelerate high-quality economic development.Industry and city is the core concept to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of urbanization development.Orderly construction and sound development of industrial parks,on the one hand,can fully guarantee the steady improvement of regional economic level,At the same time,it can also bring more jobs,to coordinate urban employment contradiction.As the industrial park continues to be built,problems such as long commuting time,long distance and difficult meals in the park have gradually become prominent.Therefore,the study of the industry-city integrated development of industrial parks is the key to promote the high-quality development of cities.The author mainly chooses Jinghe Industrial Park as the starting point to carry out a comprehensive empirical analysis.According to the steps of "proposed questions-basic support-status quo analysis-construction evaluation-path planning",combined with field research methods,analytic hierarchy process and other methods to discuss the direction of the park’s functional integration.Relying on the research on the understanding and evaluation mechanism and development path of industry-city integration,it finally puts forward a development path of industry-city integration that has practical value.The final research results include:(1)Based on a comprehensive study of the subject,the author listed the industrial park construction needs to go through the "separation" phase of the industry and the city,the industry-city antagonism phase,and the industry-city running-in phase.Industry-city integration stage.Therefore,during the construction of the industrial park,should focus on analysis the specific stages and characteristics of the park at that time,closely linking "promoting production" and "building a city",and steadily advancing in accordance with the established norms to improve operability.(2)Clarify the construction standards for building an industrial-city-integrated industrial park.Among them,it mainly involves functional complex,space integration has been formally formed,with developed transportation and good infrastructure industrial agglomeration,and ecological livability.Focusing on these contents,I found the path for the construction of industrial parks relying on the thinking of industry-city integration,which covers:(3)Introduce the development path of urban industrial integration in the new century,Jinghe Chemical Industrial Park,so as to ensure that all industrial parks are planned and constructed into more independent,powerful,and self-optimized urban clusters,which can provide reference for the construction of other industrial parks.1)Consolidate demonstration characteristics and integrate regional development;2)lay a solid industrial foundation and improve carrying capacity;3)facilitate spatial integration and function Diversified layout;4)Hierarchical planning of facilities,joint construction and sharing of parks;5)Emphasis on dredging and integration,optimizing traffic layout;6)Creating spatial characteristics to achieve livability and production.Focus on optimizing the infrastructure of industrial parks,increase the speed of urbanization,and build industrial-city interactive industrial clusters to provide positive and beneficial references for the development of industrial parks in various regions of our country.This paper takes jinghe Chemical Industrial Park as an example,constructs a complete evaluation model of industry-city integration,and proposes a set of targeted implementation path of industry-city integration.In order to provide positive and beneficial reference for the development of industrial parks in various regions of our country,we should focus on optimizing the construction of industrial parks and improving the speed of urbanization.
