In order to meet the industrialization development demand of China’s construction industry,prefabricated assembly structure can improve the performance of structural components,and the engineering quality is more easily controlled and more in line with the requirements of the market.Compared with the construction and design methods of conventional cast-in-place structures,prefabricated structures can build higher-quality buildings under the same conditions.Under the condition of satisfying the requirement of "strong shear weak curve" and "strong column weak beam" in the current regulations of our country,the selection of the position of the joint in the prefabricated assembly structure will directly affect the overall seismic performance of the structure.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1)By consulting relevant literature materials,we have a deep understanding of the node forms of prefabricated concrete structures and the internal mechanical properties of the joints.At the same time comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the frame structure and other structures,we briefly introduced the structural component nodes that can be described in this paper.Simulation and connection methods;2)In the traditional fabricated structure,the prefabricated beam’s assembly node is at the intersection of the beam and the column.The nodes of the prefabricated prefabricated beam analyzed in this paper are located at a distance of 1/4 beam span from the beam-column node.3)According to the collected civil buildings using SAP2000,the structures of prefabricated beams are set according to different layers in the same structure type,the same structural material,the same internal and external effects,etc.Modeling;4)Analyze the response spectrum and energy spectrum method of PUSHOVER for the multiple earthquakes and rare earthquakes of the structure,and extract the seismic performance parameters of each structure and compare them;5)In the analysis of multiple earthquakes,the seven seismic performance parameters such as the axial pressure ratio and the cycle ratio of each structure are compared.It can be seen that each performance parameter has a different amplitude as the prefabricated beam of the structure increases.Most of the changes are in the direction of a more stable structure,such as the lateral stiffness ratio,displacement ratio,etc.,but also have negative effects on the structure,but none exceeds the specified limit,and at the same time,the structure is on the long side.The influence of the direction is less than that of the short side direction;6)In the analysis of rare earthquakes,compare the capability spectrum curves,performance point coefficients,interlayer displacement angles,and hinges for each structural type,and obtain the results for the frame structure.With the increase of fabricated prefabricated beams,structural stability has been improved;7)The structures involved are all in line with the "small earthquakes are not bad,earthquakes can be repaired,large earthquakes do not fall" and "strong columns weak beam,strong node weak components" in the seismic level.
