Study On Power Facilities Planning Of Guali New Town,Xiaoshan

With the acceleration of urbanization and urbanization,the problems of distribution network construction at all levels have received increasing attention from the whole society.With the deep implementation of the scientific concept of development,in order to avoid waste of resources and economic losses caused by random construction,scientific grid planning and design is increasingly important.The economic development,social undertakings and urban construction of Guali Town have always been at the forefront of Xiaoshan and even Hangzhou.In the future,Guali New City will become a modern new city with beautiful ecological environment,clean and efficient industry,and quiet and leisure life.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,the regional power grid of Guali New Town has experienced heavy load,close to heavy load,and the main transformer does not meet the"N-1"check.It has been unable to meet the needs of industrial production.therefore,the importance of Xiaoshan Guali New Town power facilities layout planning is self-evident.The planning scope of this project is Guali New Town,Hangzhou City.The specific area is from North to Airport Expressway and Houjie River,West to Dazhi River,South to the border of Guali Town,East to Toupeng Expressway.The total planning area is 81.96 km~2,and the urban and rural construction land area is about 45.03 km~2.The benchmark year of the planning is2016 and the planning level year is 2022.And look forward to the development of power grids in the forward level year.The planned main network adopts 220k V,110k V,10k V three-stage transformer,and the 35k V substation and line are gradually upgraded on the basis of the status quo.The planning of power facilities should be based on urban land use planning and social and economic development goals,so that urban power planning is scientific and reasonable,and operational.This paper combines the natural environment,economic development,planning and layout of Guali New City to analyze the current situation of the power grid and find out the problems existing in the power grid.Combined with the load situation of Guali New City,the space load forecast was carried out,and the load conditions in 2022 and the forward level year were obtained,and the results were checked.According to the results of load forecasting,the construction of high voltage power grid and medium voltage grid was planned from the aspects of simplifying the voltage level of urban power grid,optimizing network structure and improving economic efficiency.It is planned to build 2 new 220k V substations,4 110k V substations and 1 expansion in Guali New Town.In the forward level year,there will be 5 220k V substations in the Guali New Town area with a capacity of2520MVA,2 new 110k V substations,5 110k V substations,and 2 110k V substations.This paper also carried out detailed planning for substation construction,high-voltage line construction and medium-voltage line construction during 2017-2022.The purpose of this paper is to perfect the power system,mainly the construction of substations and access lines,with the aim of"laying equal stress on development and economy,appropriately leading ahead and leaving a certain margin".Improve the reliability of power supply,ensure the safe and stable operation of the grid,and provide security for economic and social development and residents’lives.Built Guali into a modern city suitable for industry,livability,tourism,culture,learning and maintenance,and become the Hangzhou airport-guali gateway new city,which has the landmark of the times.
