The construction environment of bridge engineering is poor,the construction organization is difficult and the construction risk is high.It has always been the key link of safety control in the industry.Before construction,through qualitative or quantitative construction safety risk identification and assessment,it can enhance personnel safety risk awareness,standardize early warning and control mechanism,greatly reduce safety risks and prevent production safety accidents.This thesis selects Shubei canal bridge of s402gynh-sg2 bid section of subgrade,bridge and culvert project in Ganyu south ring section of provincial highway 402 as the research object,and establishes a dual prevention mechanism of safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and treatment.Through the identification,analysis and evaluation of the risks existing in the construction process of the project,targeted measures and suggestions are put forward,and the hidden danger troubleshooting and treatment system is studied and applied on site in combination with the risk assessment conclusions.Main research results:(1)According to the design content and construction environmental conditions of Shubei canal bridge,the construction procedures of Shubei canal bridge are analyzed;Combined with accident cases at home and abroad,the types and characteristics of safety accidents in bridge engineering construction are statistically analyzed.(2)The construction operation of Shubei canal bridge is decomposed,and the risk identification,evaluation and classification of the main operations of the project are carried out;From the perspective of improving the safety production management level,the management and control measures for general risks and large risks have been formulated and implemented on site,with good results.(3)This thesis analyzes the types of major accident hazards and general accident hazards in the process of bridge construction,establishes the accident hazard investigation and treatment organization,system,working mechanism and treatment measures of Shubei canal bridge,and applies them to the project site to investigate and treat multiple major and general hazards,so as to avoid accidents and improve the level of safety production.The application of the dual prevention and control method of safety risk hierarchical control and accident hidden danger investigation and treatment in the construction management of Shubei canal bridge shows that this method can significantly reduce the safety risk of bridge engineering construction,timely and effectively eliminate the accident hidden danger in the process of engineering construction,so as to ensure the smooth and safe development of the project.The research results have reference value for similar projects.The thesis has 10 charts,40 tables,and 96 references.
