| As people pay more and more attention to the safety of drinking water,the requirements for drinking water quality continue to increase,and the standard for drinking water quality has been improved.Meanwhile,the water environment is polluted by different degrees from society and nature,and the water quality of most of the water bodies as the source of drinking water has relatively common micro-pollution problems.Traditional treatment process is difficult to meet the existing drinking water quality standards.In the existing waterworks,the problems existing in the traditional treatment process are solved by upgrading the traditional treatment process,so as to improve the effluent quality and meet the water quality requirements of the new drinking water hygiene standards.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore safe,stable and efficient drinking water treatment technology.According to the actual demand of a waterworks in Changsha,based on a detailed investigation of the existing relevant actual situation of the waterworks,and referring to the situation of upgrading production in the same industry,this paper puts forward the overall technical route of pre-ozone treatment technical transformation.According to the experimental study of pre-ozone treatment,engineering design of quality improvement project,system debugging and trial operation,the quality improvement and reconstruction of the waterworks was completed.Through the experimental study of pre-ozone treatment,taking into account the treatment effect of the four water quality indicators of pH,Turbidity,Total-organic-carbon and Potassium-permanganate-rate,the ozone addition was basically determined to be 2.49mg/l,the contact time was 10min,and the PAC was added 1mg/l,the Total-organic-carbon removal rate was 40.29%,the Permanganate-removal-rate was 45.11%,the pH was stable at7.54,and the Turbidity was stable at 0.46NTU.On the basis of the pre-ozone treatment test,it is determined that input plus of the pre-ozone is 2.50 mg/l,the contact time is 10min,and input plus of coagulant Polymerized-aluminum-chloride(PAC)is 1 mg/l,and as the main process parameter for engineering design.Combined with the existing treatment process,existing facilities,equipment,site conditions,etc.,selected the pre-ozone oxidation and coagulation reaction of the water treatment process,and carried out equipment selection,engineering design,engineering construction.After the construction of the quality improvement project,the online commissioning was carried out,and through a month’s trial operation reflected the stable operation of the treatment system after the quality improvement,and the water was fully satisfied with the requirements of the Drinking Water Hygiene Drinking Water Standard(GB 5749-2006).Comparing the operating data before the quality improvement,the turbidity,CODMn and ammonia-nitrogen in the water after the quality improvement were reduced respectively by25.30%,11.08%and 26.32%to meet the stable water supply of the water plant.The water quality is lower than the limits in the sanitary standard of drinking water(GB5749-2006),which increases the safe space of water supply in water plants and effectively prevents and controls the problem of safe water supply due to the deterioration of water quality or the general abnormality of process operation.Through quality-enhancing technology transformation,the electricity consumption and pharmaceutical consumption of the water plant have been greatly reduced,especially to reduce the use of liquid chlorine,the reduction rate of 59%,greatly reducing the supply of chlorine,drinking water will shi more safe.And the operating costs have been reduced by about 29%,for the water plant quality efficiency has received a very good effect. |
