With the rapid development of society and economy,the scale of investment in the field of construction engineering is increasing day by day.Construction project is currently in an internal and external environment changes,the uncertainty of the blowout growth,the type of risk surge.Therefore,to deal with this complex situation,reduce the risk of the project,to create more benefits for the enterprise,it is necessary to carry on the cost control of the construction project and the application of the research,from the multi-dimensional analysis carried out on the construction project cost,in order to strengthen the enterprise for the construction project control,accelerate the enterprise development process.First of all,the definition of the some characteristics of the subject involved in construction engineering cost control field,clarifies the importance of the construction project cost control;enumerates seven basic principles of the construction project cost control,this paper discusses the main basis to carry out cost control;expounds th e main steps to forecast the cost of construction,put forward two kinds of building project cost analysis method.Secondly,the cost of the whole process control theory,from the project process angle,optimization of construction cost;the creation of cost control responsibility system,relying on the project manager responsibility system and project participants to artificially reduce the cost control;combined with the fine cost control theory,which at the micro level to further refine the cost,eliminating unnecessary costs.Finally,the earned value method is hence promoted based on the effect of quality in this paper.Improved quality earned value method system is put forward to make project factors integrated.It is also proved by an engineering example,which provided a practical method of using earned value method to make the three goals of cost,process and quality in harmony.The combination of the upgrade project of the Yichang base of public green space to mention examples of project cost control,by winning the improved value method,the project cost control key;using the theory of process control,cost control and cost control responsibility system three sets of fine theory,peeling off the refinement of cost structure,optimization of the project cost.The structure shows that the cost is greatly reduced.
